GoogleTHE ABSOLUTE BEST ESTATE AGENTS!!!!! I used imove to sell my property and I can only say - WOW they exceeded all of my expectations. They looked after every single part of my sale including looking after my buyer which is important too. The whole team were outstanding and were always there to answer every single call and query nothing was too much trouble. Selling/buying houses is one of the most stressful times and team imove were very calming and reassuring dealing with negotiations quickly not doing the classic "making you sweat" over offers and negotiations technique which I have had done to me with other agents where they make you wait for days thankfully this isn't move's style they are honest, efficient and professional! After receiving the first offer from my buyer there was no time delay imove set to work negotiating and were on and off the phone between myself and my buyer straight away and within 5 minutes they had agreed the sale! no waiting, no anxiousness seamless! I only wish all agents were like this! they went above and beyond offering advice on anything property related! I cannot recommend them enough! GoogleWe received a letter from Imove in the post and we gave them a call as we had not sold with another estate agent. They were very attentive and professional. We sold our flat very quickly through Imove and even though our buyers had chosen a conveyancer who was very unresponsive (nothing to do with Imove) - Imove continued to pursue the case and we exchanged today a lot quicker than we expected.. They were very good value for money too. Someone is always on the end of the phone and if they can’t speak straight away then they were quick to call back, I would use them again and recommend them.

GoogleThe whole team at IMove are fantastic. Professional, friendlyand honesty. Nothing is too much trouble. I'm not very comfortable with IT, in fact pretty illiterate tech wise - from day one the team have printed paperwork off for me, sent paperwork off to solicitors and assisted any way they could to help. When Jon first came to give an idea of the market price I immediately knew they were the company for us. He was helpful, honest in his opinions and easy to get on with. Subsequently he came and took brilliant photos and video which in turn led to many offers and agreed sale. The guys doing the viewings were great. Combined, this all led to many offers and no stress for me. In fact, total trust that we had chosen the right agents. A special mention for Megan has been absolutely incredible. She has worked tirelessly to get our exchange through today. She has, through the whole process, kept me updated on a weekly and more recently daily basis of where we are at. She took on more than she had to to make sure our sale/purchase reached this stage, which I don't think would have happened without her. The last week or so has been very stressful and frustrating for myself and, I'm sure, for Megan also. She has some days emailed and phoned me several times as things have been changing on an hourly basis and she has also been chasing other agents when this has been necessary. GoogleI came across iMove by accident, they just happened to show me the first house I looked at. I asked them to value mine and was impressed by their professionalism and friendliness so asked them to sell it. Despite being messed about by a couple of would be buyers, iMove were fantastic! Cheerful, professional, hard working and diligent. And most of all, communicative - the most important thing. They would call not just to give feedback from every viewer, but even to say they had called but couldn't get hold of a viewer! They eventually sold my house at the full asking price. Great job! An absolutely brilliant bunch who I couldn't recommend highly enough. If I have to go through the tortuous process of selling a property again, they will be my first and only port of call.

It was a decision that I have not regretted for one moment, they found me a buyer very quickly and have kept me very well informed throughout the whole process. In fact they have often been so proactive they have been calling me before I have thought to call them. I really have never had such an excellent experience with an Estate Agent.
