Now I have experienced some really bad estate agents, but this estate agents has to be the absolute worst! The staff are condescending, arrogant and extremely unprofessional! Ignoring emails and work that needs done on the property, but call you up when the rent isn't in on time. Just goes to show that all they care about is money and not the residents nor their 'living' conditions! I asked to one member of staff (Ricky) if they would live there, when I was complaining about a horrid smell and fruit flies in the bathroom from where the toilet had been leaking, and their response was and I quote 'well I would not live in shared accomodation!' I was awfully disgusted by that response! I had to get the Environmental Health and Safety Services involved to finally get one of the many issues fixed (which still isn't completed) after waiting 4 MONTHS for this issue to be rectified! Absolutely disgusting customer service! I honestly cannot believe the level of disrespect! Elliott was the only decent member of staff there who has since left, to which I'm not surprised when he had to work with the likes of Ricky and also Gina who are both extremely rude over the phone, they both talk over me and don't actually care what I have to say! I have never in my life been spoken down to so much, and I just hope that no one else has to go through a similar experience like I have, hence me leaving this review!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
