I was really excited with the idea that Hybr is for students who are looking for homes, however I’ve been trying to call, contact, email and WhatsApp and I’ve had little to no responses. The response I do receive are generalised and not useful. I would love to receive a call back, to get a viewing for my the property that I am interested in as it’s been weeks since I sent on my enquiry and I’ve got nothing back. Thank you

We are delighted we chose the team at Stonegates to sell our parents' home and recommend them highly. From the first meeting, it was evident that James not only had extensive knowledge of the Hitchin property market, but that he understood the individual needs of his clients. Anne led on the viewings to the property and she understood that we were selling more than bricks and mortar. She met us to understand the history of our parents' home and its unique features. She brought a positive energy, and wish to share the story of the house and locality, to each viewing. James, Anne and Keith communicated with us throughout the process and we appreciated the regular feedback after viewings. When needed their advice was clear, helpful and always right, and nothing felt like too much trouble. The team provided a professional and knowledgeable service, with a warmth and understanding, that helped us enormously.

They should be ashamed of what they're charging. £3k per month for a 3 bed flat on Muller Road, with one bedroom being barely bigger than the bed in it, a garden that looks like a bomb has been dropped on it, and with every single piece of furniture in the entire house looking like it's been rescued from the nearest recycling center. Disgusting.

A small, intimate estate agents with just one office and six desks. On the right is the brilliant sales team and on the left the property management people. To the back is the store room where the dog treats are kept. Very easy to communicate with everyone as the right hand (side) knows what the left hand (side) is doing and there is never a time when you are left wondering if they actually know who you are and which property you are selling/letting. This is very important in my opinion and key to why they are so successful. They manage a rental property for me with efficiency and thoroughness and recently sold a house in a record 66 days from first advertising to completion. Their knowledge of the local market is excellent and they have good relationships with all the solicitors in the town (for selling) and many tradespeople for prompt repairs when letting. These are serious advantages when deciding to employ their services.

Stonegates Estates was appointed to sell Mum's house and purchase a new home for her. From the outset, the team were all professional, attentive and knowledgeable. We were fortunate to have Anne leading on both sale and purchase and she was amazing. Anne went above and beyond what we had expected, she kept us informed at every stage and was always so friendly whilst maintaining her professionalism. We all felt that Anne genuinely cared about helping Mum through the process with as little stress as possible. The other attributes Anne displayed throughout the process were her honesty and openness even when the news perhaps wasn't what we were hoping to hear - this was refreshing and very much appreciated. Keith was also very helpful and offered critical guidance at the very start of the process. I highly recommend appointing Stonegates. Anne is a complete star - thank you Anne.
