GoogleTried to buy a house through brockenhurst estate agent but what a waste of time. First time, sold house to someone else just before depositing funds and second time, they promised to call me back but never did. For buying property, I’d rather choose another agents if available.

GoogleSo far we’ve had a fantastic experience with Crystal from Brockenhurst. She was very friendly right from the viewing. Although there have been delays in our let, (No fault of agents) we have been kept informed at each step and have now signed the tenancy for our perfect home! We would definitely recommend the Lettings team.

GooglePaula visits regularly as part of the Brockenhurst inspection/review of rented property. She gave me a months notice of the visit, called to confirm the day beforehand and arrived on time to the minute. Paula was very professional, friendly and polite. The inspection progressed without any problems, Paula taking photos where necessary. Paula acknowledged the visit in writing later that day.

GoogleWe put an offer on a property, Brockenhurst didn't explain any issues with the seller, and we explained we were ready to move ASAP. We had a 2nd viewing at the property, to be told by the vendor they were in no hurry and kept their previous buyer waiting 9 months before the buyer pulled out after being kept waiting. This obviously sent alarm bells ringing with us, we didn't want our chain to fail because of us and loose the buyer for our house. We asked Brockenhurst if we could view other properties with them and they refused as we had pug in an offer on a property. We explained the situation with the house we put an offer in, but they were not interested, which meant we lost out on other properties. The vendor never replied to anything from our solicitor and wasn't a serious seller. Needless to say after 3 months and considerable expense to us and money we would never get back, we pulled out as it was not a serious house sale. Brockenhurst even confirmed the vendor hadn't been looking at other properties, Which Brockenhurst were aware of. Brockenhurst never responded to any queries and never explained the situation before taking our offer. The house is still on their website, over a year after our offer. Feel sorry for the 3rd person who had put in an offer and being messed about by Brockenhurst and vendor.
