GoogleWe used this estate agent to sell our house last year. Our main contact was Ryan whom we found to be extremely helpful, giving excellent advice but also listening to our ideas. When he wasn't available the team were knowledgeable about our situation and could stand in for him. We felt we had an excellent service.

GoogleI have no hesitation in recommending Hunter French. They sold my apartment twice for me very quickly. Unfortunately the first time my husband became very ill, and we were unable to move, just as we approached exchange of contracts. Claire, John & Tom were very sympathetic and supportive during this difficult time, thinking more of me and my husband than losing their commission. I was therefore very keen to return to them in 2023 to give them the sale of my property again. As before they were just as professional and caring. I was delighted to know all the same warm and friendly team were in the office from years ago, with the welcoming addition of Beth & Ryan. They were all briefed well on my property, this enabled me to be able to speak to anyone in the office, with any concerns or queries. I never had to ring or chase for updates. My property sold very quickly, all the feedback, negotiating and care were excellent as before. An Estate Agent with a Heart!

GoogleWe chose to use Hunter French over other national agents for the sale of our house to benefit from local knowledge and receive personal service and we feel it was the right decision. Over a very protracted sale, HF kept us informed and Dan Jones' negotiating skills were tested to the full when our chain broke down. GoogleStaff were helpful with the initial valuation where we discussed pricing options and photographs for the online advertisement. The small Devizes team kept abreast of any enquiries and information provided by us or any third parties which meant all the staff did their best to help. Once an offer was received Hunter French guided us to help achieve the best price. After the sale the process was very straight forward as solicitors took on the final processes with the agent just stepping in as necessary. My wife and I would be happy to recommend Hunter French to others.

GoogleI have only positive things to say about my experience of dealing with the team at Hunter French - in particular with Simon who most of my dealings were with. He was professional and courteous at all times and super prompt to follow up and reply to all questions and queries... of which there were many . For reasons out of everyone's control the sale of the house got a little tricky and stressful but Simon, calmly and reassuringly, went above and beyond to keep the sale on track. HF are by far the best estate agent I have had any dealings with, in fact would say they are one of the best companies , especially in terms of customer service, I have ever dealt with full stop. GoogleWe are so pleased to be buying our property through Hunter French. Everyone we have been dealing with are absolutely fantastic whenever something is required or needed. On Friday late morning, I've mentioned the gutter on the property I am purchasing was dislodged and leaking badly, it was already fixed by Saturday when I walked pass the house. A special thank you too to Beth; she was our favourite and preferred person to show us round potential houses out of all the Estate agents in Devizes... she was helpful, informative, honest with her comments when asked and not overbearing. Thank you all, you are great team.

GoogleViewed three properties this weekend with Simon. Two of which we picked and one which Simon suggested we view which turned out to be a great recommendation. Simon was approachable and friendly and we felt really comfortable speaking openly with him about the pros and cons of each property. He called as promised to discuss the viewings with us a couple of days later and provided additional information in response to a couple of queries and talked through our feedback so that he could provide the details to the sellers. I’m sure we’ll be speaking to Simon again soon as we progress our move to Corsham.

Hi Nial, We always appreciate all forms of feedback but on this occasion it's hard to respond to you in a constructive way as we have absolutely no records of dealing with a Nial. Having spoken to all of my colleagues in the office, they have no recollection of dealing with anyone with the name of Nial or anybody that has been disgruntled with regards to making an offer. May I also add that we never, ever lie. As you will see from the pervious reviews, they deal with every situation in the most professional manner. I have also noticed that you have written one star reviews for other local business's whereby they've also had no recollection of you. An example of this is the White Hart pub in Atworth which I know is a reputable business, run by lovely people.
