Hunter French was our preferred choice for selling our home. From the very first visit to our house to the final act of handing over the keys they have been excellent! Nothing has ever been too much for their team and our negotiator Tom York was just superb-always on time always answering calls and emails promptly and keeping us up to date on progress. On Friday late morning, I've mentioned the gutter on the property I am purchasing was dislodged and leaking badly, it was already fixed by Saturday when I walked pass the house. Staff were helpful with the initial valuation where we discussed pricing options and photographs for the online advertisement. The small Devizes team kept abreast of any enquiries and information provided by us or any third parties which meant all the staff did their best to help. Once an offer was received Hunter French guided us to help achieve the best price. After the sale the process was very straight forward as solicitors took on the final processes with the agent just stepping in as necessary.
