House purchase via Hubbard Torlot. From start to finish our dealings with all members of the team was a joy. Quite frankly if it hadn't been for their continued professional support between ourselves, our solicitor and the vendors solicitor we would still be pulling our hair out in rented! Hubbard Torlot sold our house and we were very pleased with the outcome. Ian was patient and friendly making an otherwise stressful situation easier. Several agents I initially spoke to had suggested rather high prices and others, even before I instructed them, were suggesting I sell to developers at pretty low prices. Hubbard Torlot from the start gave, what I believe, was a realistic valuation and in the end we acheived just a little more. We only had a few viewing days with a string of what appeared to be serious buyers - several offers at the asking price and a couple over that. Once the sale was agreed Ian was available to help whenever there seemed to be a potential hicup.
