GoogleUnfortunately at this point of our purchasing of a plot of land - I could not give this agent a better score. We have started our purchase in the beginning of April - four and a half months later - the agent did not do a thing. Just spoke to Mr Martin - was very polite - a partner in the business - but had no clue of what stage we are at in the sale progression. I will be so happy to give them a better score as generally they have good reviews - but really - they need to get their act together and understand better their role as an estate agent.

GoogleHowkins and Harrison took over the portfolio of a failing estate agent and were excellent in communication and proactivity in getting our purchase over the line. Martin Broadbent was so helpful during very stressful periods when the solicitors of the 3 parties just weren’t communicating well. He got involved and kept things moving. Very happy with his performance and with the very professional and polite nature of the rest of the team in Towcester.

GoogleWe have just completed the purchase of our first home, and the service and support from Karen at the team at howkins & harrison was exceptional. From the first call of enquiry to the completion, we have been impressed and incredibly grateful for Karen’s proactive and persistent support. Where we were struggling with the incompetence of our solicitors, it was Karen and the team who were always willing to help us. Communication was brilliant and we were always fully in the loop which brought us great comfort throughout this daunting process. Felt truly valued by Karen and her team, and we will always be thankful for the service they have given. Hopefully won’t have to go through this process again for a while, but when we do, we’ll think to turn back to Howkins & Harrison.

GoogleBrilliant agent! Our house was on with someone else for almost a year and we could not get a sale. H&H came in as we considered switching and immediately we were struck by their professionalism. They were incredibly proactive with promoting our property but also very selective about only letting truly viable buyers to view. Obviously, now there is so much bureaucracy with conveyancing, the sale took a while and throughout H&H were constantly liaising between our solicitors (thanks so much, Karen!) to push the sale through. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleThis is the first time we have rented a property and I have to say that the staff at Howkins and Harrison made it a stress free experience. From the first time we were shown around the property prior to renting, through to the end of the rental period, everyone was extremely helpful, professional and also friendly. A special mention to Nicole Ashenden who was the person we dealt with mostly during our stay, not only does she have excellent communication skills, she also has a lovely personal touch giving us information about the area and made our stay at the property a thoroughly enjoyable one. GoogleWe used H&H to sell our bungalow - we actually had two agents appointed but it soon became apparent that H&H were going to sell it - I think we had one viewing with the second agent but H&H had a steady stream of viewings coming through the door. It wasn’t long before we had multiple offers to consider and we got the deal done. Great customer service throughout - we primarily dealt with Matt and Jackie - who were brilliant- the regular check-ins/ updates from Jackie were really reassuring especially when your either expecting news or things have gone quiet. Whether your buying or selling definitely give these guys ago.

GoogleWorked with Jackie Hazell and Matthew Holden of the Ashby sales team, both were extremely professional with the sales process and while this did not go as smoothly as we would have liked due to issues within the sales chain they worked hard to try and over come these issues, kept pushing and kept us fully informed of the process. GoogleI have recently sold a property through Howkins and Harrison. The staff at the Ashby office were particularly helpful. Billy arranged the portfolio and sale efficiently. He ensured that a photographer visited at the earliest opportunity. Billy gave great advice regarding the property with regard to do's and don'ts. I couldn't thank her enough for arranging the viewing, all the follow-up calls, her honesty and transparency throughout the process. GoogleWe have just sold our property with Howkins and Harrison and they have been so professional and helpful from getting us a good offer on our property right through to the end of the process. They were excellent at finding genuine prospective buyers and showing the property and once we had an offer, they have worked so hard with making sure the conveyancing process proceeded smoothly. We were always kept fully updated at every stage, which was very much appreciated. Julie, Helen and Clair are brilliant at what they do and I highly recommend Howkins & Harrison as estate agents if you are looking to sell your property. Thanks to everyone on the team.

GoogleWe had viewed a property with this agancy, we were happy to proceed to the application form. Yet they told us the landlady is away and they are waiting for her confirmation and will let us know what is the next step. I have had follow ups no answer coming from them, and after 2 weeks of waiting I have called them again to hear the property is gone long ago and they have not bothered themselves to at least let us know and so impolite just hanged up the phone on me instead of apologizing for their unprofessional behavior.
