GoogleI rented a property through H & H.
They carried out 'inspections' without prior notice. They entered the property on more than one occasion without permission. One of these 'inspections' they failed to secure the property and i at the time was away with work. My sister happened to drive past and noticed the front door open - and knowing I was away rang me to see if come home early... I hadn't.
The staff were unfriendly, unhelpful and when I ended the rental and moved elsewhere they were VERY reluctant to provide me a receipt to prove I'd returned the keys. Stating it 'wasnt normal policy'. Given my negative experiences with them I wanted some proof that the keys had been returned - I don't think that's unreasonable - at least I had closed AND locked the door behind me!
Not a company I'd be happy to deal with again.
Not a company I'd recommend either.
