GoogleDealt with Howkins & Harrison (Ashby) as they were the agents for a flat my father purchased. Through the protracted purchasing period, nothing caused by the agents, they were extremely helpful, professional and nothing was too much trouble. Jackie and Billy particularly stood out from first viewing to picking up the keys to the property. They were always at the end of the phone and were very useful at getting the solicitors aligned. I would have no hesitation recommending them and would use them again if I wanted to sell my property..... hopefully not in the near future though :) Many thanks again.

GoogleI recently used Howkins and Harrison to sell my mum’s flat. The sale took a long time to go through , no fault of theirs, but the Ashby sales team kept me informed throughout the whole process. They were friendly and helpful and constantly kept the communication going between all parties. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone buying or selling their home

GoogleOverall, I was happy with the service. They went above and beyond to handle things at the house that I wasn't able to be there for, so that was helpful. Unfortunately, the initial estimate on the house, we didn't get and I had to push to lower the house price (after we started it too high) to ensure it sold. Overall, the entire process took way too long, but I don't know it's their fault. It's the system.
