GoogleWe were looking to rent an apartment for quite a while since our landlord was selling the property. Tried lots of different agencies, some of them were awful at discussing things, and some would say we do not have enough documents, etc, etc. Then we stumbled upon this apartment that was let by Howkins & Harrison, decided to try and apply. I did tell them everything other agencies told us and they advised us to still apply. We did, and after a few days we paid the holding deposit and then after a few more days we got accepted and yesterday moved in into our new CLEAN apartment. So far I had the best experience with these guys, really saved us :) Shout out to Javed and Evie.

GoogleI’ve received yesterday the key of my new flat, I am very pleased and happy about the area, about the flat how it looks so nice and that after 6 years of doing 44 miles per day to get to work finally now will take me only 1 mile. Never been so happy like now, That will save loads of time for my self and of course 300£ a month just for the fuel that I used to spend. Can not thank enough to EVIE that supported me to get what I needed and what I was exactly looking for, she was very experienced in her job, good communication, polite, professional, and kept me updated with emails and calls at all time. GoogleHaving been in touch for over two months about a property that became empty, we were told it needed work, 5 or 6 phone calls later, still told its not ready. GoogleDidn't give me the opportunity to view a property for over a week and then cancelled my appointment! Very unhappy with the service and communication.
Hi Leanne. I am sorry that you are disappointed and understand your frustration. We were over run with requests for viewings for the property you were interested in. We booked the earliest possible viewing for you as we took bookings in the order that people called. Unfortunately the vendors accepted an offer today from another viewer. We called you and 5 other people also due to view within minutes of the offer being accepted. There is nothing much more we could have done, as Andy explained to you. We do not set out to disappoint and hope that you find somewhere soon.

GoogleI recently bought a house through Howkins and Harrison and have to say Jackie in the sales team (Ashby) was great as she was always available to have a chat, discuss any queries and organise visits to the property. Jackie called me throughout the sale process to keep me updated and was very friendly. If I didn’t speak to Jackie, I spoke to Jack who was just as friendly! I would recommend the sales team to anyone buying or selling.

Overall, the advice given to me by Lisa at Howkins & Harrison, was by far the most helpful and informative. She took the time to listen to me and I found her approach extremely friendly and genuine. Lisa was always available for a chat regarding the property and was very helpful in any requests that we had or any queries. Very experienced estate agents with lovely manner which is exactly what people should look for in estate agents. 5 stars to them.
