GoogleHad Chris come out to look at the house. When he promised to sell the house within a week I thought it was just salesman talk however had it sold after being on the market one day! Really approachable and professional, Chris made the ordeal really relaxed and simple for us. From then on Julian handled the sale and kept us updated on progress. GoogleThe whole team at Howkins and Harrison provided a great service throughout our sale. They were efficient and professional, always quick to respond to queries and nothing was too much trouble. I hope that I won't have to move again for a long time - but if I do I would always use Howkins and Harrison.

Julian provided us a regular update on the sale, and provided unparalleled support when our first purchase fell through. He demonstrated professionalism in his approach with focus on customer care. Mr Buckenham is a good listener and gives priority to his clients’ suggestions. I hope that if we ever need to sell again, we will have the good fortune of being helped by someone like Julian.

GoogleIt is 26 years since I last used H & H, and nothing has changed, other than that the company is perhaps more professional and 'polished' in a nice way, they also seem to be the most intelligent Estate Agents in Rugby. We received 3 quotations from Rugby Estate Agents - two of whom immediately invalidated themselves by making the presumption that just because the house was empty and it was an estate sale ... that thoughtlessly low valuations would be accepted. These agents appear to inhabit a different world - when all it took was 15 minutes on-line to establish the most recent sale prices, make allowance for the condition of the property, plus its better location than others. H & H, got it spot on 1st time, a little while later when they had won the business a bright 'spark' there suggested the price be reduced by £5,000= - heaven knows why because it is not clever to win business by coming up with the right price (and then reducing it). This was refused and the house seamlessly sold at full original asking price with no issues. Throughout the sales process one individual 'shone' out, named Julian. I see Julian's name mentioned highly in other reviews ... and Julian deserves it. Never have we been so regularly, intelligently, well informed by any estate agent (and we have used many). If Julian works on a commission - he deserves it (and a raise). Astonishing service thank you Julian, and well done you for H & H

GoogleWe recently bought our first home through Howkins and Harrison. From the first call Julian was always accommodating, even when traffic meant we had to move viewings around at the last minute. Everything has gone really smoothly, and I don't think this would have been possible without Julian constantly keeping on top of following up with us, the seller and both of our solicitors. Althought this was our first house and we had a lot of questions we were never made to feel like we were being annoying. I would definitely recommend buying a home through Howking and Harrison in Rugby, and won't hesitate to use their services again in the future

GoogleOutstanding! I have dealt with many estate agents over the years but I cannot recommend this company enough. Professional, highly competent, caring and the most amazing quality and support. It was harder to sell than average because of major property blockers our side. Not one negative comment, Julian and Chris rose to the challenge and kept total momentum to get this through and frequent updates until sale locked down. Absolutely lovely to deal with, I will even miss them. Don’t hesitate, you could not be in better hands and the service is worth every pound! You truly do get what you pay for. GoogleHowkins and Harrison have done the most wonderful job. From start to finish, the team have worked with us for a great sale. What did we like: (1) Friendly, professional attitude... ...in contrast to some other agents we considered who were very patronising and didn't even answer our questions when we were looking into their services. (2) Thorough, meticulous approach in every way. (3) Cost : H&H were considerably better value than other agents. GoogleWe opted to to sell our house with H&H when a property we wanted came on the market at the begining of the year. Unfortunately this purchase fell through, but H&H had no problem selling our house for a second time! We have had an ongoing relationship with Julie and Julian for close to 9 months now, and have always found them helpful and professional with regular communication on sale status/progress. I would not hesitate to recommend to other prospective sellers.

Our sale has taken a while due to outside influences but Julian has always been in contact with us providing updates and offering support. GoogleI'm just about to complete on a purchase through Howkins & Harrison. I can't rate the service I have received from Julian, my appointed Senior Sales Negotiator, highly enough. My confidence in estate agents was non-existent following a terrible experience when buying my first home, and Julian has restored my faith! The level of professionalism and communication I have received has been second to none and Julian has always been at the end of the phone whenever I have any questions (or stresses!), and handled my conveyancer well, even when their style of communication left a lot to be desired! When I come to sell or purchase again I would have no qualms about using Howkins & Harrison and will definitely be recommending them (Julian!) to friends and family.

Hi Leonie, I'm very sorry that you were dissatisfied with our service. The properties we get on the market are letting incredibly quickly and on occasion we are waiting for paperwork to know whether a let has been agreed or not, so can appear vague to protect the position of the applicant first in the queue. We do try to reply as soon as possible, but lines are incredibly busy at present and on this occasion we have fallen short on our service levels. We sincerely hope that you find a suitable let soon and if you are interested in any properties we are marketing, hope that you will get back in touch.
