GoogleNot delivering on the their promises.. Promise to call back - but never did despite knowing it was an emergency. Because of this my kid froze to the bone - not a pleasant view watching your kid shivering like a crazy Britain's Got Talent candidate before just before performance. Absolutely appalling customer service - manifesting their We Don't Care attitude when it comes to a basic customer care when you need them. USE WITH CAUTION !

GoogleAbsolute waste of space.. faulty electrics... gas leak... broken front and back doors... list is endless, complained for nearly 3 years and all u get of them is... we have sent an email to the landlord!!! All they want is money money money. And the staff are RUDE!!

GoogleI rented from Howkins and Harrison's and had many problems with the rented property. This included a leaky window, that went un-fixed for over 3 months, which caused damp and mould on the wall.
