GoogleNeal, Jenny & Claire from the Daventry Office have completed the sale of two properties for us over the last six months. It's been a complex and consuming process at times, but throughout they have provided consistently excellent advice & guidance on marketing the properties & managing 'the journey'. Importantly, they've always been accessible, professional & very personable and therefore I would recommend their services very highly.

GoogleA great, friendly and professional team. Always willing to listen and share their advice. We bought our house from Howkins and Harrison in 2012. After getting to know Chris and liking his honesty and candid way of working, and Nicola who had the patience of a saint having showed us round the property three times, we didn't think twice about who to use when it came to selling it again after we'd finished the renovation in 2016. Their rates are competitive and we never felt under pressure or harassed to get things closed out to timescales that suited them, which sadly we have experienced several times in the past with other estate agents. We felt welcomed by the whole team whenever we went in to the office and when we decided to sell were really pleased to find out that Julie had joined the team from another agent which really complemented the great service we got from both Chris and Nicola. Can't recommend them highly enough.

GoogleI recently sold two properties with Howkins and Harrison Rugby and received an excellent service via Chris Ollernshaw whom is a very driven and proactive agent with an excellent knowledge of his local property market. I was kept fully up to date throughout the sales process and Chris also assisted in chasing Solicitors to keep things moving from initial instructions through to completion. We have many properties and I rarely take the time to write a review, but in this case 5 stars is very well deserved. Howkins and Harrison would definitely be my first choice if selling again in this area, and I would highly recommend them to anyone requiring a professional, knowledgeable and proactive estate agent to achieve a successful sale on their property.

GoogleWe have twice used Howkins & Harrison to sell our home. On both occasions we had a buyer in super quick time. Also on both occasions we dealt directly with Jenny from the Daventry office. Jenny is extremely easy to work with and totally professional in her work. We also purchased our new home through Howkins and therefore met and spoke to several other members of the team. They were all knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I don't intend moving again any time soon, but if the need rises, then Howkins & Harrison will be the only phone call I make.

GoogleI have purchased 2 properties in the past 12 months from their Daventry team we discussed my requirements and then steered me towards the right purchase. Communication and their openness is far better than many other agents have worked with and the team are pleasant to deal with. I have a choice who supports and manages my properties and H &H do an excellent job for me and remain a key supporting player with what we do. Having worked with many estate agents the team particularly at Daventry are one of the most professional I have worked with. Use them with confidence.

GoogleFriendly and helpful office of a company operating since 1888. Serving the Midlands, they have offices in Atherstone, Daventry, Lutterworth, Northampton, Rugby, Henley-in-Arden, London and Ashby de la Zouch. Useful for both sales and letting for private and commercial properties.

GoogleThe staff at the Atherstone Lettings office looked after us brilliantly through our move. We have rented through them for 6 years and have moved to another property through Howkins & Harrison recently. I would be very reluctant to rent through anyone else as they have been so helpful, informative and always ready to listen and advise. A smooth and stress free experience and I would thoroughly recommend them.

GoogleNot delivering on the their promises.. Promise to call back - but never did despite knowing it was an emergency. Because of this my kid froze to the bone - not a pleasant view watching your kid shivering like a crazy Britain's Got Talent candidate before just before performance. Absolutely appalling customer service - manifesting their We Don't Care attitude when it comes to a basic customer care when you need them. USE WITH CAUTION !

GoogleAbsolute waste of space.. faulty electrics... gas leak... broken front and back doors... list is endless, complained for nearly 3 years and all u get of them is... we have sent an email to the landlord!!! All they want is money money money. And the staff are RUDE!!

GoogleI rented from Howkins and Harrison's and had many problems with the rented property. This included a leaky window, that went un-fixed for over 3 months, which caused damp and mould on the wall.
A review that appears on several offices' pages is shown once. We leave out reviews that name another agent.
Northampton (14 Bridge Street) has the most, with 1,106 reviews rated 4.9 out of 5, followed by Towcester with 1,014.
