GoogleIf there was a 6th star I'll give it. They are by far the best agents I've ever worked with. I was in a desperate situation I needed a flat urgently to house my husband who had just been granted stay in the country and was due to come that week. My Estate agent Javed , was very empathetic to my situation and pulled out all the strings to get me moved in that week. They are absolute life savers would recommend them to anybody.

GoogleAfter receiving such good service from H&H with letting out a previous property, I took no hesitation in letting out my next property on Hawksmoor Way. I was glad to receive the same level of service and another tenant was secured promptly. As an investor, I will be sure to use H&H moving forward with the letting of my other properties.

From initial contact and request for valuation right through to final sale the company kept us informed all along the way and completed the sale in just over 8 weeks. GoogleOver the last two decades I have had a lot of dealings with Estate and Lettings Agents both professionally and for personal reasons. I can honestly say that few measure up to the professional standards to be found at Howkins & Harrison. I would trust them to handle any transaction whether buying, selling or finding good tenants as they are interested in achieving a good outcome for the customer, unlike some of their competitors who are just commission focussed.

GoogleHowkins & Harrison's Duston office were the letting agent I had the pleasure of dealing with last year, when renting a property to be closer to my family in Northampton. As a landlord myself letting properties in Suffolk, I have previous experience of dealing with letting agents, who have not always provided the service I would have liked. Being a tenant in this instance I could not fault Howkins & Harrison's attention to detail and particularly Jamie's expertise in steering me through the application process. As a prospective tenant I was given all the information required to proceed with my application in a speedy and easy manner, especially as the referencing is most efficiently done in-house. Once settled in my new home, a three-monthly inspection was carried out by Vanessa, again with a useful information letter asking me to mention any problem that might need attention. When I unfortunately left the property to return to Suffolk, I was given clear instructions as to what was required of me, and following these ensured I received my deposit back in full within a few days of departure, together with a letter of thanks on how nicely I had left the property for the next tenant. If only there were more letting agents like Howkins & Harrison!!!

He and by extension Howkins and Harrison offer a depth of experience, local market knowledge and a calm head that add genuine value to process both in terms of credible advice and useful contacts. In short David is the sort of man that gives Estate Agents a good name.

GoogleMy recently widowed mother sold our family home of 47 years with the very able assistance of David Clarke from Howkins and Harrison, Northampton. Having bought and sold houses myself, many times, I can honestly say that the service we received from David was vastly superior and worth every penny. Having been recently widowed and not familiar with the process of moving home, my mum needed extra help and a ton of understanding. David did not falter, whilst remaining good humoured through out. The sale went through very quickly, within a week, and the after sales care was exemplary. Mum has now moved to Wiltshire and is settling in well. Thank you, David, from both of us. I would not hesitate to recommend Howkins and Harrison to anyone.

GoogleHaving made the decision to retire back to our roots in North Yorkshire, we invited several local Estate Agents to value our family home in Towcester, it was a difficult decision as to which one to choose as the promises of service and professionalism were coming thick and fast. We chose Howkins & Harrison, and we are extremely pleased that we did. From the moment of asking them to sell our house to the moment keys were handed over, the team in the Towcester office were excellent. We experienced minor complications but at all times we were reassured and guided in a most professional manner. We would not hesitate to recommend Howkins & Harrison to anyone considering selling their property.

GoogleChris and Mike recently helped me to purchase a cottage in Ladbroke, Warwickshire. From the first phone call in November, till the final handing over the keys in May (a long time, not due to them!!!), they were on hand to help with all of my enquiries and were able to get me into the property whenever I needed. They were genuinely nicest people to work with during this purchase. I can say without any hesitation, that I would use them for any matters concerning a house sale in the future. But I have just bought the house of my dreams, so I hope it is not any time soon !!! Great work guys !!!
