GoogleI was very impressed by the service from Karen at this branch. I had been getting fed up and disheartened with being sent irrelevant houses from other estate agencies but Karen really listened to what I liked and didn't like and on the third house I viewed she totally hit the nail on the head! I would thoroughly recommend this agency - and Karen!, for being so personable and professional!

GoogleAvoid these cowboys at all cost!! They seem to think they're in the middle of Chelsea or Beverly Hills. Rude, unprofessional, arrogant, so full of themselves & the main talents they do have is putting the phone down on you if you actually want them to do something & telling lies! You've been warned!! (The good reviews could have been scripted by this cowboy outfit themselves)

Googlethe lettings team in Daventry are true professionals. efficient and fair in dealing with landlords and tenants. particular praise must be given to Sarah french who guarantees excellent service at all times. unfortunately my dealings with the sales teams are not so favourable. they are inefficient and unprofessional

GoogleWe have had occasion to use The Daventry office on three separate occasions in the last eighteen months and I can honestly say the staff have gone the extra mile for us every time. They have understood our requirements and instructions and delivered brilliantly! When the time comes we will for sure use them again. GoogleI cannot recommend this company enough. After years of renting and 2 house purchases I have dealt with many estate agents and non have been so helpful and honest. I felt like we were actually of interest and not just another customer to make money from. Everything was explained in an easy to understand manner and they went much further than any other estate agent I have dealt with. Friendly, approachable and will do their best to get the result you want without giving you false expectations.

The response if we need anything is extremely quick, and always friendly, polite and professional. Being a client with Howkins and Harrison has been a pleasurable experience. I would highly recommend Howkins and Harrison to anyone looking to rent or purchase a property in the future.

GoogleWe were looking for a property with quite a long list of very specific requirements and Jenny found us the perfect property. The sale did hit a number of problems, but Jenny kept in touch throughout and we were always informed of the situation. In addition, Jenny suggested a number of other properties for viewing whilst we were waiting. Unfortunately, in the end we did not buy the property, but the team at Howkins were extremely helpful throughout our dealings with them and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleFrom the first contact to the last the staff at Howkins and Harrison (especially Neal and Jenny) have provided an outstanding service. Very impressed with the rapport that we quickly built up that made us feel they understood our particular needs and circumstance - there was no hard sell, no pushing; just a genuine desire to do the best for their customer (whether you were a buyer or a seller) in an open and honest manner. Lovely, lovely people who know their stuff and clearly take pride in what they do. Highly recommended.

GoogleI chose Howkins & Harrison to market my property following 2 previous visits by their sales team in 2016 & 17. Neal Bedford kept in touch with me giving helpful advice and when I decided to sell the property I had the pleasure of meeting Jenny Ponder who guided me through the process. Clair Parks secured a sale within the week and together Clair & Jenny dealt with everything in an efficient and professional manner, which was a great help as I had relocated and needed local contacts. I can't thank them enough for supervising access to the property on several occasions in my absence to ensure the sales process went through smoothly. I really appreciated all their advice and finally thank you for doing the final meter readings. Excellent service.
