GoogleGreat service; have used them twice in the last 12 months on both occasions the person submitting the offer which was accepted, continued through to a completed sale. I was always kept informed during the course of the sale and the agents did their utmost to make the sale as smooth as possible.

GoogleI have been using hawkins and harrison for 3 years now. I have dealt with other agents in northampton and they are by far the best one. I won't bother marketing with other agents going forward. They find good quality tennants that pay on time and thats all you can ask for. My tenant also said that she thought they were a great agent so worked well for both of us. I have dealt Javed is great at keeping you updated and responds quickly.

Googlepurchased a property with them. Very helpful at all times viewings etc. Decided to use company after the first class service on the purchase to let our apartment. Service from letting team very good and all went very well and we had to do nothing at all except give them keys.

The sale of our property wasn’t easy and involved lots of visits and a difficult neighbour who made the sale challenging . I was always kept in the loop and their communication was first class. In particular, the lettings negotiator Javed took the time to keep me updated on properties that fit exactly what I wanted during the viewing process and was incredibly friendly throughout. GoogleWe bought our new home through Madeline Oldrey at Hoskins and Harrison. She was so lovely. We viewed a few houses and she was very patient with us. When making our offer she was always quick to respond and we felt communication was good. The only reason for 4 star and not 5 was that we booked for our house to be valued (not with Madeline Oldrey but another agent) and they never turned up, so we sold through another agent from Atherstone in the end.

GoogleMadeline & the rest of the team at Howkins were really helpful in helping us sell our home. It took a fair while to sell (more to do with the market rather the agents!) but Madeline completed a large number of viewings and did a fantastic job for us. Would definitely recommend.

I found Madeline calm, professional and very understanding to our needs in terms of what we were looking for and arranged a number of viewings and then suggested we view the property we eventually purchased. Had it not been for Madeline we probably would have still been looking. Communication and updates were prompt. Jenny ensured that we were kept up to date and kept us calm during those tense moments when it looked as if the chain may have collapsed. I am currently selling another property elsewhere in the country and using a different estate agent - and I wish that they were as proactive and supportive as Jenny was.

GoogleIf there was a 6th star I'll give it. They are by far the best agents I've ever worked with. I was in a desperate situation I needed a flat urgently to house my husband who had just been granted stay in the country and was due to come that week. My Estate agent Javed , was very empathetic to my situation and pulled out all the strings to get me moved in that week. They are absolute life savers would recommend them to anybody.
