GoogleHowkins and Harrison Rugby recently sold my property. I dealt mainly with Julie who was excellent but all the staff were such nice people who respected my home and helped me all through the entire process. If I ever need to move again I wouldn't hesitate to use them and I would thoroughly recommend them.

GoogleWe were really pleased with Howkins and Harrison, who sold our old property and sold our new property with us. They worked hard at getting a good price so a great choice for selling your home with. We worked predominantly with Chris, who was really personable, open and honest. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleI would strongly recommend Howkins & Harrison when considering which agent to appoint regarding selling your house. Mike Cruckshank dealt with both our sale and purchase. He got potential buyers through our door as soon as we went to market and got us a successful sale and purchase. He was very professional, knowledgeable, pragmatic and approachable throughout the entire experience. It was a real pressure dealing with Mike. I recommended Mike recently to a family member and again he has successfully achieved another sale and purchase within a very short timescale. Well done Mike we will always recommend Howkins & Harrison, 5 star service on every level.

GoogleWatch out if renting with this bunch. They charge a 'deposit return fee', something I've never heard of in all my years.
Hi Joshua, we are sorry you felt caught off guard by this fee. It was explained to you when you signed our contract before you moved into the property. We verbally go over all our fees up front so all our tenants are aware of any charges. Plus, it is detailed on page 16 of your tenancy agreement as we have discussed over email since.

GoogleIt's a disgrace how many fees they charge you if you wanna rent properties that they are advertising, someone should regulate how they rip you off. I will definitely report them.

On a difficult and disrupted sale they managed to keep things on track and got us to the end safely and still reasonably sane. Special mention to Andrew Kilburn and Jenny Ponder who were brilliant throughout. going to a "proper" estate agent was exactly the right thing to do.

Clair was excellent through the process, acting as an intermediary between us, the sellers, and the solicitors. Clear communication throughout, and a speedy response to any questions. GoogleI’ve owned a rental property in Daventry for more than a decade, while living in the North of England. Hawkin’s & Harrison have always managed it competently and professionally. They couldn’t have made it easier to maintain the place from afar; always on top of anything that required doing, whilst keeping me well informed and seeking permission when necessary. Their management fee is very reasonable and they’ve been consistently responsive and helpful. When it came to selling, it was never in doubt that they should handle the transaction and I’m equally grateful to the sales team - they secured a sale before we’d even finalised the brochure and their tenacity in making sure that everything kept ticking through was so much needed. Working full time, I wasn’t able to keep chasing the various parties, but H&H did it for me, which I really appreciated. Flawless services from both rental and sales team - highly recommended.

GoogleSelling a unique property like ours was always going to be difficult. The first serious offer came within the first week but unfortunately fell through. After numerous viewings and no firm offers, we had considered taking our house off the market, but Jenny convinced us that the price was right, the property was a viable seller and we should just hang on. Within a week the house was sold. Jenny and the team did everything that was expected, they sold our house at the price we were looking for. And always with a smile. Thanks to H&H.

GoogleSuch a professional and friendly service from Howkins & Harrison. Our agent Jenny Ponder has been wonderful along with her manager Andy. In our opinion she has gone over and above what was expected from an estate agent. I think she must also have a degree in diplomacy!
