GoogleKelly and the team at this howkins branch were fantastic!! We used a new build scheme to help secure our new home which was great for us but I could tell it made it difficult for the estate agents as it meant a number of companies and people they also needed to chase and communicate with. Kelly was great at this and kept us up to date regularly. Would highly recommend this Towcester branch.

GoogleKaren provided an honest and excellent professionalism when looking to sell my house. Really good on pointers to what was needed to sell it and also understood my timelines. She knew the clientele that would be interested and within 4 weeks my house was sold. Which was brilliant result and a big thanks to Karen and her team.

GoogleAll the team we've dealt with at H&H - Martin, Karen and Kelly - have been excellent. From initial advice on pricing and the market, to preparing our home for the brochure and viewings, regular feedback and achieving an offer in just 3 weeks - everything was delivered in a friendly but professional way. Local knowledge is so useful and they have that in abundance. Would recommend H&H to anyone wanting to sell their home, and Kelly managed all the many viewings and negotiations with potential buyers quickly and efficiently. Thankyou!

GoogleWe recently purchased and moved into our first house together through Howkins & Harrison and we couldn’t reccommend them highly enough. (The whole process took less than 6 weeks!) Jordana and the team were so helpful, friendly and professional. As first time buyers we had a million and one questions however Jordana and the team were always available to answer any questions we had and made time for us (no matter how silly or small they were!) and overall we received a fantastic and friendly service. GoogleAppalling - no ethics or code of conduct. My mother was listing her property with them for weeks when they finally secured her an offer after multiple useless viewings. A few days before solicitors were to be appointed they informed her after she had been chasing them for days for update and when things would go ahead that they had shown her buyer a different property and he was buying that instead. If you want an agent that breaches the code of conduct set by The Property Ombudsman and Trading Standards and leaves you up the creek then by all means choose them. No ethics, no conscience and not even an apology to show for what they have done... Avoid like the plague.
Thank you for your comments. We are so sorry your mother was dissatisfied with the service she received. We were also very disappointed that this sale didn't go through. Having kept the buyers in place for six weeks whilst your mother found an onward purchase to be informed the buyers wanted to withdraw their offer was not what we wanted either. As you can see from our previous reviews we rarely receive negative comments and are equally disappointed the buyers changed their mind - which is unfortunately something we cannot control and it does happen. We aologise for making you feel our service fell short in this instance, it was certainly not our intention.

GoogleWe bought our house through Howkins and Harrison Lutterworth branch, mostly dealing with Beth and Alli. Both were very professional and went the extra mile. They also usually knew more than our Solicitors! Thank you both for helping with what was a stressful experience at times, particularly Alli who went above and beyond taking care of our boisterous 5 year old while we measured up the property on our second viewing.

Chris was incredibly helpful and helped us chased up the solicitor which was somewhat stressful. Definitely would recommend H&H Rugby.

GoogleSix stars at least! Mike at Howkins helped me so much with the sale/purchase in Rugby in 2018/9 - always helpful, upbeat but realistic all the time too, with a dash of philosophy thrown in. He helped with all the problems that came up, giving good advice, communicating and reassuring all the way. All the other people at Howkins were very good too - Chris, Hannah to name but two. I'd always had the impression that they were a good bunch, and my house moving experience has certainly confirmed that view. Thanks guys
