GoogleEverything went smoothly with the rental of a new home for my daughter She is autistic and requires a lot of patience and understanding Nikki Douglas and Lisa Swinnerton were always there to help and everything was dealt with swiftly and on time I couldnt recommend them enough . GoogleDidn't get back to us after we emailed over a week ago to view a property, update they rang me back 2 weeks later, called me on the number i left on the email that they apparently didn't get even though I sent two emails one on right move one on there website, left me a very miserable answerphone message probably because they didn't like me calling them out in my review 😂 need to work on customer service! Also notice in there apparent apology they also give out my personal information, when they specifically add lettings word as if it was okay for the general public to know the nature of my enquiry.

GoogleI recently viewed a rental property with Howkins & Harrison. Lisa showed me around and whilst the property unfortunately did not quite meet my personal needs the process from the first phonecall to the viewing was carried out smoothly and professionally and Lisa was very friendly and knowledgeable. If only all letting agents were like this.

I cannot fault her fantastic enthusiasm & knowledge on the property I have viewed & followed onto purchase. Having actual knowledge and passion for the job is so important, I have had many viewings from all different estate agents and Linda provided by far the best experience. Actually caring and taking time to know the property you are selling goes a long way, I could really tell she was passionate and had took time to give me the best information possible. GoogleLisa was very professional and very polite. We moved into the property very fast and very efficient. Lisa was always available for a chat regarding the property and was very helpful in any requests that we had or any queries. Very experienced estate agents with lovely manner which is exactly what people should look for in estate agents. 5 stars to them.
