GoogleThe Ashby sales team were excellent and eased me through the stressful experience of selling ( and a property once owned by my late parents)with professional , realistic ( state of property and valuation) and helpful advice and support. They went over and above my expectations through keeping me informed at all stages of the sale and checking in on the property every week - an insurance demand. Highly recommended.

Billy handled the sale and he was always there to answer any questions I had or concerns. GoogleFollowing a recommendation I asked Matt at Howkins and Harrison Ashby to value my property. I also had a number of other valuations but chose Howkins & Harrison as I was impressed by their friendly professionalism. I am sure I shall forget someone if I name names, but without exception the service received was outstanding and my sale was completed in just 10 weeks! Also worth noting that their suggested price for the sale was among the higher ones but I felt that they understood the market and am delighted with the outcome. Congratulations to all!

GoogleDrew Stewart always deals with any maintenance issues swiftly and is very professional in his conduct. I urgently needed assistance with my boiler. I kept having to turn it on to get hot water. Drew was able to communicate with landlord immediately. Get intouch with a contractor who deals with boilers and now I have a new boiler.

GoogleH&H were excellent throughout our sale. We had a change of circumstances and ended up almost selling then pausing for around a year before selling again and the service picked up seamlessly from where it left off. Angela, Kate and the team were friendly and professional and constantly chased up solicitors and the other estate agent in our chain to keep things on track. Highly reccomend this estate agent if you're in the Daventry area. Thanks H&H !

GoogleI don't rent nor have bought using this estate agent yet from the experience I have as a neighbour of a property being let out by them, I would not recommend them. They are extremely slow with updating you on even getting quotes for 2 fence panels (11 weeks and still waiting). I once had scaffolding up on my property to replace a neighbour's roof and despite numerous requests for it to be taken down after 4 weeks (only took a few days to do the work), it was still myself who had to phone the scaffolding company to have it removed and they left multiple nails on my drive which left my car tyre punctured and needing replacing. If this is the experience you get as the owner of a neighbouring property they manage, i dread to think what experience you would get from renting through them.
