GoogleAfter spending months trying to rent apartment in Rugby I contacted Howkins and Harrison and spoke to Jane. She was amazing from start to finish. These agents really look after you and you don’t feel like you’re competing with 50 other people. Jane showed me apartment, which I loved and within a week everything was sorted and i moved in. I cannot recommend these agents highly enough. Thank you so much Jane.

GoogleI have dealt with H&H at Atherstone on many occasions. I have always found them to be polite, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I am virtually deaf and H&H will always correspond with me by email, most companies wont take the time, they are always quick to respond too.

GoogleWe’ve had the pleasure of recently dealing with Lisa S from H&H Atherstone. Lisa could not have been more helpful and attentive to our needs. She has been extremely professional, efficient and proactive, but always with a friendly and caring manner too. Nothing is too much trouble for Lisa and she really has gone above and beyond in order to secure the best property for our family - she is a true asset to H&H. In addition to this, we have found H&H to be extremely professional and courteous at all times. They’ve always responded to correspondence in an extremely timely manner and when the correct person hasn’t been available for us to speak with, they’ve gone out of their way to try to assist us and even replied out of hours etc. We have many years experience of dealing with estate agents and have honestly never encountered such a considerate and wonderful service. GoogleAs a landlord, renting out a property can be fraught with issues but when you have Lisa Swinnerton looking after your pad the issues tend to melt away. Lisa is on the ball, efficient and knowledgeable about all things 'rent'. A huge asset to Howkins Harrison.

GoogleClair and the team worked hard to get our purchase over the line. Throughout the last weeks of our purchase I called to reach Clair most days, at every call she either was there to receive it or called back within an hour. As solicitors were being slow and causing delays, Clair worked hard to push the solicitors in the chain and communicated between the sellers and us to keep us in the loop and aware of what was happening. Our purchase would have taken significantly longer if it wasn't for Clair consistently requesting updates from the solicitors! I felt supported and the frequent contact from Howkins and Harrison was reassuring and helpful.

In particular Mark Glenn, with whom we have worked work with for over 10 years with respect to our rental property.
