GoogleExceptional service from Richard Horler. As my parents LPA, I had to oversee the sale of their home to cover ongoing care costs, making it quite a complicated process. Richard was there at every stage, give sage advice and assistance. It was almost solely down to Richard that the process was as smooth as it was and was completed in a timely manner. Richard went above and beyond my expectations in the service he provided.

GoogleAll the staff at Horlers have been fabulous. I have been selling a 3 bed property which has been a challenge as it needed a lot of work. Horlers helped me every step of the way offering advice and guidance which has been invaluable. Finally completed on Monday with a lovely young couple who are so pleased with it. May have been a bit of a challenge but the team rose to the occassion and i would recommend them if selling a property

GooglePierce GB was so helpful throughout my sale. He always gave 110% effort and kept me updated at with any and all progress. It was a great help to deal with Pierce throughout the entire process and not deal with multiple people who didn’t know what was going on.

GoogleFrom start to finish we were update constantly about developments during our sale and our purchase. Pierce GB was so knowledgeable and efficient and guided us through the whole process. We trusted Pierce to negotiate on our behalf as his straight talking approach was very different to estate agents we have dealt with in the past, all stuffy, suited and self absorbed. GoogleHaving started renting a property via Stephen Uren Estate agent some 13 years ago working with a letting assistant called Loren, Stephen Uren were taken over by Horler and several things have remained 1st class. The attention to detail both for the Landord and Tennant. The rapid professional way a problem is dealt with by Horlers with a back plans and support during problem times eg River Thames flooding. I would now like to praise Loren who I have known over these years. It's been my pleasure to watch her develop into a truly professional caring manager. So if your looking to rent then seriously you can not do better than to rent through Horlers.. Thank you and good luck to all. Anthony Golding.

GoogleI’ve recently rented a home through Horler & Associates with Loren leading me through every step - from showing me the house I was interested in to completing the agreement and setting the move in date and it has been flawless from start to finish. Loren has been friendly, professional and nothing has been too much trouble when I’ve called to ask questions. I was expecting a headache with the moving process, but Loren has made it as stress free possible. Thank you Loren!

GoogleTerrible rental agency was ok 5 years ago but not any more will leave you in uninhabitable property you will need to go to the council to make complaint to get any work carried out then they send there workman who is useless and stole my ladders Stay away My house has been over ran by rats for last 6month still waiting for repairs to be finished all because of bad maintenance not food waste there builders leave the carpets ruined when I send over documents showing told there will sort when I leave and I will be charged for the carpets hense don't rent with these lot you will lose your sanity and a lot of money

GoogleI recently visited Loren and was extremely disappointed by the lack of respect I received as a customer. The staff, especially [LOREN], was dismissive and unhelpful. My questions were met with curt responses, and I felt like my presence was more of a nuisance than a valued patron. When I voiced my concerns, they were brushed off without any attempt to resolve the issue. This experience has left a very negative impression, and I won't be returning. Respect for customers should be a top priority, and unfortunately, Loren failed miserably in this regard.

GoogleThe team at Horler have been fantastic with the sale of my flat, they understood that I wanted to sell quickly, sorted marketing and (excellent) photography rapidly and then topped it off by finding me the perfect buyer in under a week. James and Guy were clear and transparent every step of the way, communication was on point before and after viewings and throughout the sales process. If I called the office and someone wasn’t available they always got back to me the same day. Massive thank you to the team for their work and making the whole sales process very easy!
