GoogleWould not recommend. They didn't manage to sell my property. I had to constantly chase them regarding updates, no advice, a long drawn out process and a total waste of time. After six months, I changed agents and sold my property within a month. Janette is lovely, but that is the only positive.

GoogleWoman who showed me around the property seemed unhappy to be there and not happy to take questions. Her answers about the property seemed to vary as the answers she gave during the viewing and when I asked again when I followed up was completely different. Zara was very stroppy over the phone when I asked for a second viewing and when I asked to view on a specific day which she said she couldn’t do and can do a different day which she booked it in before I even agreed to the new date. We were made to feel like we were bothersome even though answering questions is part of their job. Of course people will have questions and want to make sure the property is a good fit especially when you are spending an immense amount of money. We were actually very interested in the property but her service had put us off. Would not recommend due to poor service.

GoogleI recently sold a property through maxwell's and have been bowled over by the level of professionalism aswell as friendly customer service. Their level of quality has been highlighted for me in comparison to the estate agent I've had to deal with for purchasing a property. It really has shown that all agents are not the same and that when looking at selling a property you really need to make sure you check out whoever you list your property with. Maxwell have been brilliant with every aspect of my sale and wish every other estate agent would have the same level of efficiency and professionalism.

GoogleA great team of professionals who have looked after property for me for many years. Always available if there are issues with property or tenant and will help to resolve any problems. Easy to talk to and Bev is very proactive in letting us know of changes to legislation etc. I strongly recommend them if you are looking for property management or agency.

GoogleBought a house with Maxwell's nearly 3 years ago. At the time the service was good. I have recently got back in touch with them to enquire about any documentation they might have to assist me with an on going issue I'm having with the builder and Maxwell's were very helpful even though it has been a few years since we bought the house.

GoogleVery slow in dealing with any of your requests / enquires in the sale/purchase of your property, with somethings completely ignored, yet a constant pain when wanting something from you there are always phoning up.. should have gone to a more professional agent.
