GoogleFantastic experience from start to finish. Wanted a quick sale due to moving away, but at the same time I wanted a decent profit for my house I bought 5 years ago. Alex was so understanding and supportive during the whole process. He managed to get me over 10% profit within weeks. If I ever want to buy another house in the local area I will 100% use Alex and his team.

GoogleRang up and spoke to christine about a rented bungalow for my elderly parents who due to health are moving to the area to be close to us. She couldn't have been more helpful and friendly on the phone, as a property owner I have had some pretty shocking experiences of estate agents however this experience has decided for me that when we next sell we will be giving this company a call first

GoogleMy Son was let down by this company , who tell you , your the only person interested in a property , cancel a viewing , re-arrange another viewing , then don't even have the decency to let you know they've rented out to someone else . Not a good way to run a business with people who are desperate to find a home .Don't know how they've won any awards .

GoogleWe met with a few different agents and we just liked Alex from Castledene the best, he was friendly, relaxed, and we didn't feel pressured or rushed. Charlotte has then handled our sale and has been a superstar, so kind and friendly and helpful, and her dedication managed to get our house sold super fast, it was up for sale for just over 2 weeks. The whole process has been a joy, it's not felt stressful as everyone has been so nice. Cannot recommend castledene enough, thank you so much!

GoogleCharlotte Butler at the HARTLEPOOL Branch is excellent she sold a house for me that was particularly difficult to complete on & she never gave up Chasing the Buyer & Solicitors every day until it finally went through. I have NEVER had an estate agent like her in over 50 years so pleasent & Nothing too much trouble .Keeping me updated constantly over 5 months of a difficult sale . I will definately be using her for other houses myself & family own.

GoogleDear Castledene Great start to my mum's new flat. The service you provide for my mam has been excellent - the types of enquiries you've made to help have been great. You have a lovely property. Please take some time to look into tenants who have left a property to check if their rubbish bin is part of a neighbour's responsibility or by yourselves as my mam has noticed this the last few days and is now worried about certain pests. The rent net is correct as at 4 November 2022. They're was a delay on the first payment but that has been sorted now. The energy company British gas need to be aware that my mam was not in the property at the time of the billl that was sent out to her. A few things to mention: My mam struggles to get down the steps outside the building and has to hold onto my arm for support. The metre cupboard is missing a key and also for the outside gas metre cupboard Only had a few problems with woodlice which could have been connection to the rubbish bins situated out the back. GoogleWe have experienced professionalism and helpfulness in our dealings with Castledene Sales & Lettings. Charlotte met us at the property and she was really friendly and warm. Sam has been a great support too! During the more recent stages of our rental we have been dealing with the team incorporating Louise, Lizzie & Abbey. I would particularly like to shout out Abbey, who has been extremely supportive, despite all of the delays from our side. I would strongly recommend this organisation to anyone who is looking to rent or buy.

GoogleGreat company to work with. I have used Castledene on its investment department for purchasing few investment properties. Unfortunently after a long time the purchase could not be completed. The reason I am giving 5 stars is because the way they have supported us throughout the process and even when the things did not work as planned their reaction has been very positive and fair. Joshua is a great guy and I will use this company in the future.

GoogleAvoid these guys at all costs. Problems from start 5 years ago, 3 years later still waiting on major repairs as well as other repairs. Fobbed off every single time. At my tether with them now. My previous review I was begged by the CEO to remove if they sorted the issue and that’s the only time they have sorted anything. They will take your money but fob you off

GoogleAbsolutely Brilliant the staff team are so friendly and helpful. I had some difficulties with the references and identification documents because its a bit complicated if you have not done one before. 2 calls to the staff team for help and now its sorted. Staff always return calls to me no help i need is to much. Been House hunting since 1st of December 22 dealt with 5 or 6 different Lettings agents who have cost me time and money the way they organise their business. Would never go anywhere else now thank you team.

GoogleCastle Dene in Seaham marketed our bungalow, what a really professional experience we had, we had 18 viewings within 3 days, 5 offers which 1 has been accepted within a week, Nicola and Sam couldn’t do enough and were always there to advise when required. We can’t praise the professionalism and quality of service enough. The photos and video really sold the bungalow.
