GoogleFantastic experience with the professionals at Castledene from the original valuation with Nicola to the selling process with Sam. They have been responsive and proactive throughout and, thanks to Sam's diligence and hard work our home is now under offer. Brilliant service.

GoogleOriginal 1star review was for Castledene lettings and their appalling way of treating tenants Now changed to 3 star as Holbrook seem to actually get stuff done and push landlords to do repairs. Back to 1 star as nothing seems to have changed as I'm forced to live in a house with mould in several rooms, flooring that hadn't been put down properly and is dangerous, and a front door with a loose frame.

GoogleI contacted 3 estate agents and Holbrook not only got back to me withing 24 hours, they arranged a viewing and sent a valuation in the same week. I am still waiting for the other 2 agents to even contact me. In a nutshell Holbrook & Co have great communication and professionalism.

From my initial enquiry to view a property, Sam was very helpful and this continued with Simon being knowledgeable and again helpful when showing us the house. Nothing is too much trouble for any of the team in Hartlepool. Alex,Charlotte,Simon and Sam are fantastic

GoogleWe popped into Castledene in Hartlepool and we were greeted by a member of your staff named Charlotte. Not only was she very helpful she was kind, chatty and funny. Wonderful in today's society. She made us welcome and felt at ease immediately. We will certainly be calling in again should we need your services in the future. Hopefully we will get to speak to Charlotte again. Thank you very much Charlotte.
