GoogleI really can't thank Karen and Lilly enough for everything they have done for me to finally get a home. At the moment it's not the easiest to find a rented property within a reasonable price range, I was on the verge of just giving up looking after seeing so many since my old landlord sold their home I lived in for many years. These amazing women have helped me every step of the way and I will be forever grateful to them both. 5* Great customer service and great staff.

GoogleI've used this company for property rentals and house sale. Charlotte and Ben always keep me up to date with any information. Efficient with paperwork and legal requirements, which can be mind-boggling when renting a property out. Always friendly, quick to respond to any concerns.

GoogleI am a not-for-profit landlord with a single affordable rent property. I recently had a negative tenant experience which scared the bejesus out of me. I explained this to Jodi and she sent Liam out to assess the property and the situation. Jodi explained what I needed to do and Holbrook’s eventually found me a new tenant. Jodi and Liam are erudite, unflappable, consummate professionals who helped me navigate the labyrinthine rules, requirements and regulations of renting out a property. To any other landlord reading this, if you need an EPC, use their man. If you need an EICR, use their man. They are both the doyens in their respective fields.
