GoogleMe and my partner moved into our first home yesterday, as you can imagine we don’t really know what we are doing but Karen and Lilly were both excellent giving us any information we needed and if they were unsure they weren’t hesitant to find out and give us a call straight back. The tenant in my property had not paid their rent on time, Lizzie and the team were very instrumental in ensuring payment was made by the tenant, despite the slight delay. I am also very pleased with the service that Ellie has provided. She has worked tirelessly in getting quotes for some repairs needed in my property and has already arranged and completed an urgent light fitting. I was very impressed with the thorough inspection report she provided, her timely and detailed responses to emails and ongoing general updates that I have been given by Ellie and the team. I couldn't be happier with this agency, they are indeed a cut above the rest and care for one's property like their own. Ellie and Lizzie are very outstanding staff and have been nothing short of brilliant in managing my property! Highly recommend them to other Landlords.

Over the last year Sam has always kept in touch hes very reliable and friendly, Sam has brilliant customer service and always helps me the best he possibly can he's an absolute credit to the company. GoogleOriginal 1star review was for Castledene lettings and their appalling way of treating tenants Now changed to 3 star as Holbrook seem to actually get stuff done and push landlords to do repairs. Back to 1 star as nothing seems to have changed as I'm forced to live in a house with mould in several rooms, flooring that hadn't been put down properly and is dangerous, and a front door with a loose frame.
