GoogleThis particular branch is great. I've been serviced by other branches of Castledene in the past but have not had good experiences with them. I presently am being looked after by a capable young lady called Gemma who has always been courteous and proactive.

GoogleLetting property is never without its problems but I have found Castledene to be responsive and certainly a big improvement my previous letting agent. Gemma at the Bishop Auckland branch was allocated my properties a while back - she is always very helpful, approachable and a pleasure to deal with.

GoogleAbsolutely wasted my time! Went to view a property which they didn’t inform me was already taken, waited outside the property for 35 minutes and traveled to for an hour before that. To then ring them and they told me it was taken before I rang up.

GoogleLouise and Lizzie are fantastic, I came to them when the tenant I let to privately stopped paying rent, they dealt with her quickly and efficiently and I'm happy to say my tenancy is now run perfectly and with no arrears or issues! I would highly recommend them both!
