Excellent service from Lilly from start to finish. Bumpy journey due to buyers solicitors. Lilly was amazing at keeping me in the loop, chasing without prompting. She went above and beyond to see us through our sale and purchase in a quick turnaround. She was very professional and above all else human. We had a laugh along the way. Not once did she mind my daily calls (or did a very good job of hiding it 🤣) but always reassured me and acted on any requests. Nice touch on key collection receiving cards and chocolates. If we ever move again, there is no doubt we will use Holbrook.

Really happy with the service I am getting as a client so far. The tenant in my property had not paid their rent on time, Lizzie and the team were very instrumental in ensuring payment was made by the tenant, despite the slight delay. I am also very pleased with the service that Ellie has provided. She has worked tirelessly in getting quotes for some repairs needed in my property and has already arranged and completed an urgent light fitting. I was very impressed with the thorough inspection report she provided, her timely and detailed responses to emails and ongoing general updates that I have been given by Ellie and the team. I couldn't be happier with this agency, they are indeed a cut above the rest and care for one's property like their own. Have just purchased our first house that was listed by Hollbrook & Co, Hartlepool branch. Terrible experience, I could go on & on but probably better just steering clear from them to be honest. No matter how much you love the house, save yourself the 6 months of stress. Crucial details: house was not listed as having a service rent charge (fleecehold), was only after an offer was put in & accepted that our solicitor made enquiries which lead to us finding out about it. Should of backed out at that point really… but we had our hearts set on the house by then. Couldn’t get in touch with Hollbrook all week on completion week. 20+ phonecalls, 0 answer. Had to ring our solicitor & get contact details for the seller to give us the keys directly. The poor sellers had the same rubbish communication from Hollbrook & their solicitor & had no clue they where meant to be out by 2pm. Leading to a stressfull day for them & us not getting the keys until about 5:30pm. So we ended up having to move in the following day. God knows what we would of done if we’d all had been in a chain.. Luckily we didn’t due to renting. We where first time buyers and the sellers first time sellers, so both had no idea what the “norm” is but I can’t believe your even allowed to operate like this & continue trading tbh..

I live overseas & am also disabled, so have huge challenges & require a little extra help & support. If you’re looking for an all-around property service, Holbrook is the company for you. They’re amazing, supported by a fantastic team. They took over from my previous management agent, with whom I had been for 12 years, and the transition was so seamless that I didn’t even realise the changeover until three years later! A special shoutout to Kenzie, my wonderful portfolio manager, who provides an exceptional service. She handles my queries promptly, coordinates inspections, checks and maintenance, and ensures all certificates and paperwork are always up to date. She’s keeps me informed of any issues (good and bad!) with my portfolio and on top of that, she’s also an absolute pleasure to deal with. I couldn’t recommend Holbrook and Kenzie highly enough!

Terrible letting agents, we rented a property through these for 3 and a half years, nothing we reported as broken got fixed properly there was so much miss communication between us and them and them and the landlord, there was things we reported so many times that they would tell us we hadn’t ever reported because they would never note it down on file, when we moved out we left the house in better condition then we received the house yet it took us 4 months to get our deposit back because they are straight up useless!! Don’t rent through these

Would 100% recommend Holbrook to anyone looking to sell their home! Liam was fantastic valuing and listing my home for sale, he was available at my discretion to come and value the property and gave me an estimate valuation within the property which then resulted in the same written valuation very shortly afterwards via email. Caroline was amazing updating me regarding viewings and any offers that came in throughout the process. Once a sale was agreed, I was updated every step of the way and the sale went through within 2 months. If you want to sell your home, look no further than Holbrook as they will do an amazing job.
