GoogleIf it wasn't for Jo and Jodi I'd not be rating with 5 stars. Since they have come into the Bishop branch it's changed for better. Jo is so on the ball and deals with things fast, professionally and keeps you updated every step of the way. I hardly have to ask or chase up anything as anything I could think to call or email about Jo's already dealt with it. I'd recommend Castledene now as they have improved a lot and hope the new team stay on for a very long time.

GoogleCastledene in Bishop Auckland have been helpful and professional in the process from viewings through to fully managing tenancy. The phone is always answered whenever I needed to call and all the staff seems to be on the ball and knowledgeable. The staff - Jo, Jodi and Gemma were a friendly bunch, attentive and quick to resolve tenancy issues. With their professional and caring approach to both landlord and tenant, I have no hesitation in recommending their services to others.
