GoogleI would not recommend anybody going with this group of unprofessional people , they dont respond to problems then say they have . I lost half my deposit because i did the house up i was living in to a far better standard than i got it in . The house was filthy and rats was present i had a cannibis farm in the loft which they never removed when told but told me they have . In there eyes ignorance is bliss , there liers and they use cowboys for builders . They said the house was looking better than when i moved in but still took half my deposit because of colour of a few walls . without any confirmation i handed in my notice and handed keys back. I wasnt aloud to even change colour back due to incompetence. They can keep the money just so i dont have to carry on dealing with them . DO NOT GO WITH THESE

After bringing a long standing family friend back to the town - Louise was able to get the wheels in motion to begin to get himself settled back into life in Hartlepool again. GoogleI had a dream but needed a network of people to help me fulfil it - then God blessed me with Louise Wray! To be able to let go of a very secure and lucrative income and go full time in my dream job of helping people heal I wanted to build a small portfolio of good quality buy to lets and have a team on hand to run them. Louise and her team have literally been the facilitators to my dream from speccing potential through to arranging tenants and all the legal boring stuff. This month I achieved this goal in a little under 2 years!! Without Louise and Castledene "going the extra mile" it would probably still be merely a dream! Thank you is not enough Louise !

GoogleJo has been phenomenal. We have sold our house in France and we're worried we wouldn't have anywhere to live when we come back end of September. This wonderful lady has made it happen. We have done everything via the Internet and she has liased with our daughter to make this happen. She has made what could be a stressful situation easy. We cannot thank her enough.

GoogleCastledene Hartlepool have been great throughout my tenancy. Lizzie and Louise have been so helpful and whenever I've had an issue with something that needs fixing, they're so helpful and quick to respond/help. Thanks a lot!

GoogleGood team they have got and always willing to help out been at my new property just under a month and can't fault anything they have done for me. Louise, Lizzie & Abbey are excellent at what they do and very friendly 100% recommend you to look at getting a property from them
