GoogleHockeys was extremely helpful with our move in Spring 2014. When our sale fell through close to completion (at 3.30pm on a Friday!) the Hockeys team was very proactive in arranging multiple viewings over the weekend and we received another full asking-price offer on the Monday morning. The staff were approachable and very helpful, giving us lots of back up in moving the sale through.

GoogleMy husband and I, we bought our first property with Hockeys and they were extremely good for lots of reasons. First I was very nervous with our first "big step" and they explained everything smoothly, they help with all the questions that I had because lots of paper work is involved in buying a house and the most important thing was they are very flexible and understanding. As I am not British I had lots of questions and I was so scared but they explained all the steps by email, phone, voicemail. Joseph Moore was extremely patient and super professional and his advice was fundamental. I did not have a single issue. I will recommend this Estate Agents if you think in buying a property! Keep the good service. Thanks!

Google(Seller) Hockeys (Willingham branch) have provided a first-class service, achieving a quick sale for us with no fuss. The team are cheerful and polite, the approach is uniformly professional (no unrealistic promises or glib banter here) and there is a careful attention to detail and customer care throughout the process. They know their area and market well, and pitched the asking price at exactly the right level to attract interest. I would recommend them without hesitation.

GoogleWe used Hockeys for a recent purchase of a property in Cambridge. As first time buyers, the process of a house purchase was both novel and complex. The team at Hockeys were fantastic, particularly Alex Milne who worked very hard to make sure that we were fully briefed on the process, kept updated on the status of our purchase, and would try and get updates for us when the process went quiet. Our purchase was quite lengthy due to other buyers within the chain, and despite frustrations Alex was constantly positive and reassured us when we felt frustrated. We would highly recommend Hockeys and their team for any purchases or sales that you may have.

GoogleHockeys is a very professional agent. Jeremy and Alex were my main interface during my purchase process in Cambridge. The whole process was kind of stressful as chain was very long and seller postponed the milestone for several times. It was Jeremy and Alex who helped to facilitate the process and make sure the deal fianlly settled. Joe and Sanmantha were very nice too. I recommend you to work with Hockeys.
