GoogleNever ever let them manage your property. They use the GBP250 threshold to charge you on random items without informing you in the first place. They quoted GBP 150 to replace a mattress, but charged me GBP 200 to deliver and remove the mattress afterward without informing me in the first place.

GoogleI have been renting an apartment from Henry Wiltshire for approx 18 months now and I am very pleased to report that their quality of property is second to none. My wife and I have never experienced any problems with the apartment such as plumbing, heating or electricals. I believe that if there was a problem associated with the above list, that Henry Wiltshire provide an extremely efficient and quick maintenance service, obviously I haven't experienced this service but I have been recommended by local tenants who have delt with Henry Wiltshire in the past. If there was anyone who was looking for a property in canary wharf its inevitable to deal with Henry Wiltshire.
