GoogleI switched to Hawes to sell my property and was really impressed from the outset. They provided realistic and helpful guidance on pricing, along with clear advice on the key selling features to highlight. Damian was brilliant throughout the process. He kept me consistently informed and was always calm, pragmatic and solutions-focused, even when things became complex. There were quite a few moving parts, but he handled everything with professionalism and reassurance. He was also excellent at liaising with the buyer and across the chain, which made a real difference in keeping things on track and ultimately ensuring we reached exchange. From the moment we started our house search in Raynes Park, he was very responsive, professional and genuinely supportive throughout the process. We were very impressed by his positive attitude and the fact that he genuinely cared about helping us find the right home rather than just pushing a transaction and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to rent or let a property in the area.
