Instructing an estate agent can sometimes fill you with dread. Certainly my experience of some agents has caused me to have a very negative perspective. Our house was recently sold by the Wimbledon Broadway office of Hawes & Co. From start to finish the service we received was exemplary. We mainly dealt with John Gordon and Paul Mannell. John advised us on price and marketing and they both worked hard to quickly find a buyer. Despite numerous conveyancing problems both with our sale and with other sales in the chain, Paul was constantly on top of resolving them all.
