GoogleWe bought our house from Hawes and Co and they were brilliant, we unfortunately had very poor service from the estate agent we were selling with however Sam and the rest of the team at Hawes and Co worked really hard to ensure the sale went through and have provided superb service during and after the sale going above and beyond what we expected.

GoogleWhen I had an electricity outage in my flat, Hawes & Co at Surbiton immediately understood that this was an emergency to me as I live independently and am visually impaired The Hawes staff member (Mahmoud Okba) promptly got an electrician to come round and fix the problem effectively. That not only put my mind at rest, it restored my practical support systems (for eg. a charged phone, in case of an emergency).

GoogleI recently sold my property with Hawes and Co in Surbiton and unfortunately was very disappointed with the 'service'. Their poor communication hindered the whole process and caused us a lot of undue stress. Sadly I cannot recommend them.

GoogleI recently had the pleasure of working with Michael Gibson on a matter that became quite tricky towards exchange. Michael was not only pro-active in trying to resolve the situation in the chain for our mutual client, but was able to help with a sense of humour which made a stressful situation a lot more easy to manage. It would be a treat to work alongside him again.

GoogleIt is still early days into looking for my husband and I, but we have found Michael Gibson (and Hawes & Co) to be very helpful thus far. I have especially appreciated Michael's willingness to answer any questions we have had thus far in the process, even sending through links and additional information to help our considerations. Michael has also proved to have a deep knowledge of the area; sighting small but helpful details like bus routes and travel times to key locations from the property. Given this, we are excited to continue working with Michael going forward!

GoogleI have recently moved to a property managed by Hawes and couldn't ask for a better service. Joe, the Lettings agent who showed me the property and arranged all paperwork was extremely helpful and professional. Moving in made stress-free and straight forward. Recently, I spotted a leak in my bathroom, and while I was getting ready to spend the night at a hotel ( couldn't make any use of bathroom appliances ), I reported the issue to Property Management, led by the remarkable Mahmoud. Turns out, the issue was sorted on the same day. Just like that. I can't thank you enough Mahmoud. This team is really something special, keep it up.

GoogleI can not praise Hawes & co enough, especially mr Michael Gibson who took my property on, initially a simply straight forward sale, no chains etc.. but he went the extra mile on every occasion with each and every unexpected turn of events, anyone of which would have each been capable of terminating the process. I was overcome with the stresses they presented but he kept me focused n assurances that nothing was impossible. He was right. His help was invaluable under the hurdles presented to us one what proved insurmountable to many. Me especially included, as I had spent years in the same business, both locally n in the West end of London. Never, throughout my whole career have I met such a property consultant so willing and able to make it happen contributing many out of hours time n energy on my behalf.
