GoogleGreg and the team at Hawes & Co are fantastic. From when we started looking to the point of exchange today, Greg has been there as a supportive guide every step of the way. Everyone in the office are ready to be of whatever help they can and their knowledge of the buying system has helped incredible amounts (especially for nervous first time buyers like we were). I cannot recommend this firm or the people that work for Hawes & Co highly enough. Will definitely be knocking on the door if and when we come to sell. Thank you Greg!

GoogleHawes Estate Agents, Surbiton (we have dealt with the Manager, Greg, and very mainly with Liana Cornock) have been extremely professional, efficient and friendly. Liana, or anyone in her absence, have immediately dealt with our queries, responded to emails and keep us informed of progress. She has made our house buying process as stress free as possible. We dealt with Greg 6 years ago when we sold and purchased properties with Hawes and without knowing I was going to walk into their office he immediately jumped up when I walked in and remembered me and my husband by name. Greg and Liana are a great asset to Hawes.

GoogleWe have recently sold our property with Hawes & Co, and if we had to do it again I would not hesitate to get in touch. Greg, Liana, Michael and Toby are some of the most friendly and professional people I have come across. Having dealt with a few of the Surbiton estate agents in the past, these are are the best in the area in my opinion. GoogleWe worked closely with Damian Anderson from the Raynes Park Office & Sarah at the New Malden Branch. Both were very pleasant throughout the process. We have just completed a purchase of our property in the New Malden Area, both Sarah and Damien took time out of their busy schedule to show us around a few times ( before and after sale had been agreed). The negotiations were a little bit ropey, but this was due to the vendors. There was open communication through solicitor stages too, which was handy so we all knew what was going on & they got in contact with the vendors/ us when there was any delay to speed things up. GoogleWe started our search in the Raynes Park area only 3 months ago, and Hawes and Co recommended to us a new build home that we fell in love with, and hadn't seen ourselves online when searching. In addition, I would like to say thank you to Damian Anderson who helped us in achieving a very smooth quick completion we asked for due to having a baby in the next month. Damian was instrumental in ensuring all parties/solicitors were chased when needed and kept the communication channels going when needed. Thanks Damian, we can relax now and enjoy the calmness in our new home for a few weeks before our new addition to our family. :)

GoogleInitially registered to buy with the Wimbledon Office but this Raynes Park branch had some great options which Damian showed me. He totally understood what I was looking for and consequently showed me the flat I ended up buying after seeing around 70+ flat with other agents! Great service overall, would recommend, it was my first purchase but Damian guided me through and was available whenever I needed him. Thanks!

GoogleExcellent experience selling through Hawes. They brought only appropriate and interested buyers and did not waste our time forcing uninterested clients to visit (which would have been a waste of our time and effort, as we have experienced elsewhere). Jay and Daniel were always courteous, punctual and responsive, and a pleasure to deal with. They were also realistic and honest, with great in-depth knowledge of the area, street by street and house by house. Would use them again and would recommend them to others.

GoogleWe worked closely with Damian Anderson and Daniel Archer during the purchase of our house in West Wimbledon. Both are very nice persons and knowledgeable with the property market in the area. They arranged and took us to view the property many times because we did not use a surveyor and hence had to assess the house condition by ourselves. They were also very helpful in the lengthy negotiation because we made 4, 5 offers, and finally we reached decent price for the property which has been kept by the previous owner in a very good condition (we have not found any major or unexpected problems 4 weeks after moving in). Both were very active in reaching out to both our and the vendors solicitors to get things done quickly especially during the final few weeks before exchange of contract. Since we needed to sell our previous home in order to buy, they showed patience when things did not go smoothly at the beginning because we lost 2 buyers of our previous home before we managed to sell. Damian also helped us to persuade the vendor to break the property chain, for otherwise it is unlikely that the transaction would have been completed in a short period of time in the current market condition (before Brexit in March 2019). In conclusion, it is a pleasant experience to work with both Damian and Daniel.

GoogleWe were struggling to find a credible buyer with another local estate agent, so decided to appoint Hawes & Co as joint agents having had good dealings with them when viewing properties in the local area (we were shown around by Damian Anderson and Daniel Archer). We were glad we appointed Hawes as they quickly found us 2 credible buyers and we are now in our dream home, in part due to their efforts and knowledge of the Raynes Park area. If you live in an Apostle home and are looking to sell, I would recommend making these guys your first port of call and would not hesitate using them again should the time ever come again.

GoogleMy wife and I sold our main home two years ago and planned to buy a smaller house in the same area (Raynes Park/Wimbledon). It took a long time to find the right house (we only exchanged last week on our new purchase) and during our two year search we saw many properties and dealt with many agents. The team at Hawes and Co, Raynes Park stood out-specifically Matthew Pike. He never gave up on us and was always friendly, courteous, helpful and considerate despite the time he spent with us on our numerous calls, visits and queries. And always with a smile. We were delighted when we finally found a house and it was through Matthew. A reward for all his hard-work! We thoroughly recommend the team at the agency to any buyer or seller.
