GoogleNicola from lettings from Hawkes and Co at the Wimbledon village branch helped us with our move. We had a short time in between viewing the property to moving in and at a stressful time she helped us to get everything sorted. She was friendly and contactable throughout the process.

GoogleWe’ve just completed our house sale with help from Stephen Ashby who stepped in to the process late in the day to cover for other staff that moved on. And we couldn’t have done it without him! He chased for us, maintained the pressure and and made sure we were kept up to date - which is no mean feat as we’re based in Sydney! Thank you!!!

GoogleDespite the insecurity and doubts over the economy around a a Brexit, we have finally sold our five bedroom house in Wimbledon Village. This was achieved by dogged marketing and realistic advice from Hawes & Co. The human touch of Nick Elliot and John Macco from their Wimbledon Village branch helped us when the economic outlook was rather disheartening. We flirted with other agents over the selling period, but found Hawes local knowledge invaluable. Sometimes going local and personal is the better thing to do to achieve a sale.

I worked with Nicola Cartwright who were professional, helpful, always reachable and never anything other than keen to help. She keep us informed throughout the process to fix any problem. GoogleStephen Ashby handled my purchase. From the get-go he was thoroughly on the case. He answered every request from minor to major promptly and in detail, orchestrated viewings and kept me up to date at every stage of the process. Add to this he is a pleasure to deal with, calm, friendly and hugely efficient. Engaging with him has made me question why estate agents often get a bad rep. I cannot recommend him too highly.

He handled the sale of my property with the utmost professionalism, efficiency and good humour, keeping all parties fully appraised of progress and the momentum in the chain going, right up to exchange. His colleagues in the Town office were courteous too. Like a breath of fresh air, when compared to the usual estate agent experience!

GoogleWe bought a flat through Hawes and Co in Wimbledon Village many years ago and have used them to subsequently rent out the flat and provide a full management service. They have been an absolute pleasure to work with - professional, friendly, and helpful and in fact, nothing is ever too much trouble. Most especially though, they are really friendly and we so enjoy working with John, Nicola, Emily, Charlie and so many more. They have always found outstanding tenants for us and managed their tenancy with a full management package. Not only have they done that, but they have been very open with sharing their fabulous contractors and recommending any service required to facilitate the very stressful home purchasing and renting process. I could not recommend them highly enough.

But at the same time you quickly realise you are in the hands of an experienced top class professional, who gives wise advice and works extremely hard to ensure that buyer and seller are happy with the transaction result.
