Just bought a house via Hawes & Co. I am very happy and satisfied with their service ethos, professionalism and honesty. I was dealing with Mathew Pike who is a very good person, extremely helpful and honest. Given that it was a probate property in need of significant work, I required several viewings and surveys. Matthew was always accommodative. And when a few issues (with the potential to derail the transaction) came up, he worked very efficiently and impartially to resolve the issues between the the two parties.
