GoogleExcellent sale with Hawes & Co. Michael was really positive and enthusiastic about our property and filled us with confidence that he’d be able to sell. Michael had a lot of knowledge and detailed understanding of the freehold/leasehold and we were pleased that himself and Dovy did all of the viewings for us. For the most part, Michael and Dovy were great at keeping us updated and supported us throughout the sale. However, we found that the communication did drop slightly in the middle part of the sale and there was some confusion/mix up with the valuation. We recognise however that this was a very busy time to be moving and appreciate that Michael and Dovy really pushed to progress at the end of the sale when our buyers solicitors were holding the process up. We would recommend Hawes & Co and use them again in the future.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleMy wife and i veiwed a property in Surbiton back in early summer which ticked alot of our boxes. The viewing was with Sarah of Hawes & Co who we found to be straightforwards,and extremely efficent, so much so that in listing our property to secure this next house, we instructed Sarah and her team. The listing was live within days and we had a very healthy flow of quality viewings, leading to several offers, close to asking price. Sarah guided us through to accepting the right offer for us as well as negotiating the purchase of the next house. Sarah and Liana have been superb during our journey to exchange, meeting the inevitable hurdles that crop up with agility; their knowledge and experience here really came to the fore. GoogleI have dealt with both the Letting & Sales teams at Hawes, Surbiton, and have found them to be outstanding in every way. They are professional, efficient, polite, friendly and most obliging, with nothing being too much trouble for them. Even during the recent Covid-19 Lockdown, when many of the staff were either furloughed or working from home, I was kept fully informed of the situation regarding a property sale and they managed to complete a tricky sale in the most difficult of circumstances. My tenants also have nothing but praise for them, saying how considerate and good they are as agents, always responding to requests promptly. This company is a real gem. Our flat was shown to prospective purchasers by Dovy who was the perfect viewings agent and he gave us excellent communication and feedback throughout. GoogleWe found this branch excellent. Having looked at many properties with a lot of other local agents we were not happy with the way they conducted business at all. We then saw a property with Hawes and Co Surbiton. Dovy showed us round the property and was very engaging and just a lovely chap! The whole process from beginning to end was smooth and we didn't feel like we were being lead on. We later realised Sarah was the manager of the branch and had done business with her in past. She was and is very professional and amicable which is always helpful in this business. We would give them this rating even whether or not our offer was accepted as their service was clear, fair and transparent. GoogleIt was March when we decided it was time to move after 27 years. We shopped around for an estate agent and this is where we met Sarah Walker of Hawes and Co. She listened to what we were seeking and made valued suggestions. The pandemic hit so we stopped as we did not want strangers in the home. The first wave passed and we contacted Sarah who assured us that they were very Covid aware and followed very specific rules. We put the house on the market and it sold within 2 days. We fully believe a lot of that was down to Sarah and her team's hard work in the background. We next met Liana Cornock who looked after our sale. Communication was excellent and all parties were kept informed and the processes necessary for a sale were systematically gone through. We have had nothing but a good experience and would recommend Hawes and Co and in fact did so to a near neighbour who in turn are equally as pleased. Moving home can be stressful in normal times but Sarah and her team worked hard in the background moving our sale successfully forward to exchange. GoogleI recently used Hawes & Co to sell my property in Surbiton. What initially started as a quick process turned into a surprisingly lengthy one due to issues out of our control further up the chain which resulted in considerable stress. Throughout I felt Hawes & Co were professional and, whilst they had the relationship with myself as the vendor, were also able to offer me objective advice. I found their fee structure competitive and transparent. The quality of the marketing and photos were absolutely excellent. Of particular note are Sarah Walker and Michael Gibson - both possess excellent local knowledge and Sarah particularly went above and beyond to ensure the sale went ahead. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

GoogleWe recently sold our two bedroom maisonette with the help of Hawes and Co. Prior to listing we spoke with a number of local estate agents and from the outset were very impressed with our sales person Michael Gibson’s understanding of the local market and enthusiasm. Hawes and Co were competitively priced and through the process Michael was quick to respond to questions / liaise with our purchasers where required. On the odd occasion Michael was not around other members of the team (notably the Branch Manager Sarah) were fully up to date on the sale and quick to come back to us.
