Stuart has been very knowledgeable and Olivia who showed us round some options on the weekend was fantastic. She was very professional with great local knowledge! GoogleI have been very happy so far with the service I have received from Hawes & Co. They always respond quickly to queries and provide a very professional service, working together well as a friendly, happy, helpful team, both in the Wimbledon Village branch and the Raynes Park branch - a real breath of fresh air from previous experiences of letting agents! Harry Kempster has been so helpful and professional in finding some lovely tenants for me. He is an excellent communicator and has a good understanding of clients' needs and requirements. Beckie Durrant and Nicole Akuffo have made the whole process of renting so stress free. A special mention must also go to Reece Francis in the Property Management team at the Raynes Park office. He always responds quickly and efficiently to queries in a very professional and helpful manner. Nothing is ever too much trouble for the team at Hawes & Co.

Tracy Bowler, Ryan Bernasconi and Katie Williams have all been excellent throughout the re-letting of our property. From marketing and viewings through to referencing and the tenancy paperwork, everything was handled professionally and efficiently, and we were kept well informed throughout. GoogleReally great experience with Damian helping to sell our property in Raynes Park. Driven to complete sales (even on his days off!), transparent to work with and super responsive. We were originally with another local agent before moving to Hawes and Co, and once we moved we got a sale with them in the first week. We only regret not switching to them earlier!

GoogleAs first time buyers, we corresponded with a great many estate agents during our house search, and Hawes & Co stood out by a considerable margin. They were consistently attentive, considerate, and highly professional throughout the entire process. In particular, we feel incredibly fortunate to have had Ollie guiding us from start to finish. As many can attest, buying your first home is one of life’s most stressful experiences, yet Ollie handled every stage with patience, empathy, and professionalism. Despite the inevitable challenges and delays that arose, many of which were beyond anyone's control, he remained calm, supportive, and communicative throughout. At no point did we feel pressured into making decisions before we were ready, something that, as first-time buyers, we greatly appreciated. Estate agents are often the subject of criticism, but Hawes & Co are a genuine exception. Their commitment to providing an outstanding level of service made what was an overwhelming experience feel far more manageable. We are most grateful to Ollie and the wider team for their support and would recommend Hawes & Co without hesitation.

GoogleI have just bought a flat in Raynes Park through Damian Anderson at Hawes and Co. As this was my first time buying a property in the UK, I was a bit nervous, but Damian guided me through the whole complex process, advising me on what needed to be done at various stages and helping me to find good professionals to carry out such essentials as a building survey and electrical inspection, generally making the whole procedure easier and less stressful. He has been very approachable and helpful throughout and it has been great working with him. I highly recommend Damian Anderson.

GoogleAs always, a fantastic experience with Hawse & Co, especially Laurie-Ann and Pollyanna. They are very good at finding qualified tenants, now I exclusively use Hawse & Co for finding tenants. Laurie-Ann called months before our tenant’s move out date to begin the process of finding a new tenant massively cutting void times - serious estate agents with excellent customer care and would recommend!

GoogleWorking with Hawes & Co in Surbiton was a very good experience. Paul's communication with us during the process was excellent and reassuring as was the whole office whomever we spoke with. The sale of our house was pretty smooth but generally keeping us informed, which was important to us, really helped during what is a stressful time of house selling and moving anyway.
