I have been working with Greg for nearly a year. Finally, he helped me to find a right property. I like his house tour presentation (on every room) of which not many agent will do that. Normally other agent just let you run round the house to explore. Greg is always there when you need to ask question and he always helpful to relate your questions to Seller. Greg is helpful and friendly. He always take the initiative to follow up the outstanding situation which helps to move things fastest. Wish him very best of luck.

Extremely difficult to recommend Hawes and Co for lettings after our experience as tenants. The check out inventory included seven factual innacuracies alleging damage occurred during the tenancy, whilst the check in inventory clearly showed that the damage was already there at time of check in. Per Hawes and Co's instructions, we notified them same day of the issue. Almost four weeks on the inventory has not been corrected. Emails are not acknowledged, phone calls not returned. Appalling level of communication, that ultimately puts your deposit as a tenant at risk. Avoid.

We have had an excellent we experience all round with Hawes and company and would highly recommend them. We were selling our flat during in 2021 and found the market locally was a difficult one to sell in. We'd had 3 months with another agent who managed to get us 1 viewing only! Once we were with Hawes & co being looked after by Greg we had an excellent service, I lost count of the number of viewings arranged & he was always communicative throughout. We felt in safe hands & valued. This resulted eventually in 2 offers on our property. Personally I wouldn't use anyone else in the area. Don't waste your time elsewhere Greg & John know the area and the market inside out and will get you the sale you need.
