We recently completed on our property which we purchased through Hawes and Co. Surbiton. The property was as presented on their website (no nasty surprises unlike some we had viewed) and not overpriced. We viewed the property three times before completion which Hawes was happy to accommodate. Throughout the conveyancing process Sarah from Hawes and Co was in constant communication and tried on several occasions to move the process along despite contralto delays by our buyers’ solicitors.
