GoogleRosie and her team were super helpful and easy to communicate with throughout our house letting proces. We unfortunately couldn't find a tenant through Hawes and Co but we really valued how accessible the team was day to day. Rosie would nearly always pick up the phone first time or reply to our emails within an hour. We highly reccommend their services to any homeowners thinking of working with them. Thanks again.

GoogleWe have recently exchanged contracts on our house and are so thankful to Damian Anderson at Hawes for getting this over the line. After our original buyer pulled out at short notice we had a deadline from our onward purchase to get a new buyer in place, Damian pulled out all the stops over the course of a weekend and early the following week and the number of people he got through the door at short notice was far beyond what we ever thought was possible. It resulted in us obtaining a new buyer and kept the chain alive. Thanks so much.

Met Ben Butler for the viewing itself, he got us in to view a very similar property a few doors down which was really handy. Very knowledgeable about the properties and the area.
