GoogleI had a great experience buying a property from Hawes & Co and have to say the purchase would never have completed without the hard work and dedication from Paul Marchant who went above and beyond to keep things on track when the chain started to get complicated. Paul always made time to respond to my queries which was really helpful as a first time buyer and the communication from him throughout was fantastic! Thanks again Paul and Well Done!

GoogleI previously lived in Wimbledon Village some 20 + years ago before moving out into Surrey and had a positive experience both buying and selling through Hawes office in that location. However, the experience I have had with John Gordon, Wimbledon Broadway, since first trying to find a house in central Wimbledon at the turn of the year has been nothing short of exceptional. I have moved properties five times in my life and John has demonstrated qualities that have been unequalled in my experience of buying/ selling. Not only is he hugely knowledgeable in the property market and the locale generally, but he does not waste prospective purchasers' time with properties that are not what was required.He offers houses that meet individuals' requirements as near as possible, highlights the advantages and also areas to ponder/ consider further and has been the best estate agent I have ever encountered.In addition, he recommended conveyancing solictors and removal firms (with no benefit to Hawes if selected), and they also have proved to be absolutely excellent. I could not praise John Gordon any higher- brilliant!

GooglePaul Mannell who led the sale of my flat in Wimbledon has been absolutely BRILLIANT. I couldn't thank him enough. Not only did he and his team find me a buyer in about 2 weeks, he then quite frankly made a more important contribution to keeping my flat sale ticking along and keep me updated than my conveyancer - all the way up to completion. Would 1000% recommend.

What I particularly appreciate is their ability to remain objective, neutral and realistic, always giving balanced advice rather than simply telling clients what they want to hear. Communication has been excellent, and Paul has consistently taken the time to understand the situation, follow things up and give us clear and practical guidance. Based on our experience, I would highly recommend Paul and his team. They are, in my view, one of the most trustworthy and reliable estate agents in the Wimbledon area.

GoogleI have been very happy so far with the service I have received from Hawes & Co. They always respond quickly to queries and provide a very professional service, working together well as a friendly, happy, helpful team, both in the Wimbledon Village branch and the Raynes Park branch - a real breath of fresh air from previous experiences of letting agents! Harry Kempster has been so helpful and professional in finding some lovely tenants for me. He is an excellent communicator and has a good understanding of clients' needs and requirements. Beckie Durrant and Nicole Akuffo have made the whole process of renting so stress free. A special mention must also go to Reece Francis in the Property Management team at the Raynes Park office. He always responds quickly and efficiently to queries in a very professional and helpful manner. Nothing is ever too much trouble for the team at Hawes & Co.

GoogleReally great experience with Damian helping to sell our property in Raynes Park. Driven to complete sales (even on his days off!), transparent to work with and super responsive. We were originally with another local agent before moving to Hawes and Co, and once we moved we got a sale with them in the first week. We only regret not switching to them earlier!
