Thank you to Sarah and Liana for the excellent service from beginning to end of selling our home. Very quick to get our house on the market with beautiful photographs, regular communication and attentive progression of the sale through a difficult market with a few hiccups along the way! Sarah was very helpful with great recommendations for surveyor, solicitor and removal companies, who were all brilliant and kept in regular touch with support, advice and updates throughout.

I received assistance here from Ms. Marni Nelson, who proved to be one of the most astute and enthusiastic professionals I have ever encountered. Her response was very prompt, and thanks to her support, I successfully achieved my objective in a remarkably limited period. I wholeheartedly recommend this place.

We shortlisted few properties in Raynes Park with Ben Butler, however his colleague Mawara helped in the viewings for myself and my wife. Without a doubt she was very helpful, informative, friendly as well as professional. She made our viewing experience very easy and smooth given she is so knowledgeble about the area. Looking forward to have few more viewings in coming days before we finalize a property. thank you!!

We viewed 2 houses with Ben Butler. He was one of the kindest person we have ever met. He knows the area very well, he has detailed knowledge about the houses and their structures. He guided us about the location and potential of the houses. I strongly suggest you to contact Hawes&Co if you are looking for a property, we are viewing other houses in different locations with them also.

Had a really good experience with Damian and his team, Damian helped us to find our flat near Rayners Park few years back. Now we want to relocate, we were glad to have Mawara showing us the property. She arrived on time and presented the property with good knowledge and friendly manners. Although we did not make an offer on that property, but we appreciate Hawes & Co agents’ good work.
