GoogleI would like to share some information about my experience. I bought the property and I sold the property and the agent works was fantastic. The name of the person is Damian Anderson is a fantastic estate agent, knowledge, professionalism is exceptional, he took my property on as if it was his own!β¨His caring personable nature added to his attention to detail certainly played a massive part in the sale of my flat... Definitely will continue to use him and Hawes and co with my other properties.

Really good communication, answered all my questions so quickly - even the silly ones! Also really good advice with finding tenants and a smooth process overall. Couldnβt recommend them! The flat I rent out I actually bought through Hawes and Co some years ago and their sales team were brilliant then too! Thank you π

GoogleAfter a fall through buying a different property with another agent we contacted Hawes & Co Surbiton to see if they had any similar properties as our mortgage product was about to end. We spoke with a lovely lady by the name of Liana, who told us her Manager Richard had just been out to value a property that fitted our description. Hawes and Co arranged a one-off viewing for us before it went live online, we loved it, offered , and had it accepted without it going to market. Fast forward 8 weeks we exchanged and completed. Tremendous amount of gratitude to the Surbiton team for finding us a home.
