GoogleBeen on two property viewings with Kieran. Unfortunately the property to let have not meet our requirements as of yet. But Kieran has been very responsive to our requests, professional and extremely friendly and polite.

GoogleKieran Tsolakis was one of the best agents I have worked with, i was looking for a property for my sister in law and her husband the initial property we offered on the landlord pulled out however, Kieran found us another property, Kieran communicated with me non stop kept me updated on the progress, answered any questions I had with patience. Would recommend Kieran to anyone looking for a property, working with him was made so easy. Thank you Kieran!!!

GoogleA nice viewing experience. We arrived 10mins earlier, but the estate agent, Ben Butler, already stand by on front door of the property. We did not use to live in this location and have lots of questions, Ben can answer all of my questions very patiently.

GoogleMy wife and I viewed two properties in Raynes Park. Damien, the Sales Manager is a top bloke. Very welcoming, great conversation and very presentable. Although we loved the first property, we found a property closer to the city that matched our preferences (the 2 bathrooms, Damien will know ;-)). I highly recommend Damien with his professionalism, charisma and keen salesmanship. If I was to put my property on the market, I'd want Damien managing the sale. 5/5, he's a top bloke...

GoogleWe recently used Hawes & Co for the sale of our flat and could not recommend them highly enough. Very professional, friendly, proactive and they did a great job acting as a go-between between the various solicitors, buyer and also the seller of the property we were buying which was also through Hawes & Co. Ben in particular was outstanding and certainly went over and above what was expected to help us get it over the line, along with Damian and Farah who also did a lot to help. No request was too difficult for them and they did everything we asked and more. If I’m ever selling in the future I would only consider Hawes & Co!

GoogleStephen Ashby has been so supportive during the entire sale process, handled the negotiations sensitively and well, kept the lines of communication open even when the solicitors were dragging their feet, and was always cheerful and charming. I also used this branch last year when I bought my first house on my own and they held my hand throughout that process too, and kept me calm even when it all seemed rather scary! I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

GoogleBeing a nervous seller, having bought only once nearly 30years ago I was hesitant about dealing with pushy Estate Agents when it was time to look for a smaller house. Reluctantly I began engaging Agents and immediately found the professional and caring nature of Hawes and Co Surbiton to be reassuring, the Branch Manager Richard dealt with me personally, even taking calls on Sundays!. I cant recommend the team enough , with thanks to Leanna and Chloe too.
