I work with Katie Williams and she is such an incredible person, very approachable, highly professional, goes out and beyond to help me through the entire process. Always responds to my queries pleasantly, whether it is a phone call, an email or even meeting in person. She takes each and every job as her own and put 100% into it. Always finds me great tenants. Her help during the tenancy is also remarkable. If I have any issues with tenants that need to be resolved, she is always there for me. Guiding me all the time, bearing in mind, she is also working on behalf of the tenants, so never take a side.
